Sir Gibraltar stood with his back straight staring out of his balcony window. Eyes looking out onto the town that was his to govern. He could feel her eyes staring daggers into his soul, but he did not turn. No, he kept looking at the town.
"If you do not wish to speak, I can leave," Zarracen voices. The man doesn't turn or say much of anything. Instead, his body stiffens.
The knight did not know why the man was being so quiet. She could suspect all she wanted to but the truth was she was unsure of why there was this drastic change in the man. She could see clearly that in the months following her appointment as the royal guard for Princess Isabella that the man seemed to have gotten somber if you will.
