"We all know why we are here." Seohyun glanced around the room again. "To talk about the near future of our Mafias." Taeyoung nods. "Yes, the near future. Time goes so fast." Namjoon said. "So, how are we doing this?" Bang Chan asked. "We are going to retire at the end of this year. Our heirs to the Mafias will take our place. Having that being said there's a condition." Seohyun sighed, her heart heavy with both sadness and joy.
"What condition?" Suho asked. "The handover. If they beat us or our representatives for the Mafia then they'll get the Mafias handed over and we'll undergo an early retirement." Namjoon explained. "If not?" JB asked. "We do what we do best until they're ready." Seohyun said. "I feel that they're ready though. All they ever do is train and learn." Namjoon said.
"What about our casinos?" Suho asked. "We'll still keep those to ensure we get money. They will open their own things." Seohyun said. "And the new base?" Sungkyu asked. "Who knows. They'll probably decide that one day." "Remember we all are competing except Infinite, since you're slightly older than Seohyuns first son." Namjoon said. "That's not so bad." he shook his head.
"With every new leader of the pack comes a change in the legacy. Ahn Kwan started it with the Casinos. I added the racing to determine ranks fairly. If they take over they'll add something else as well." Seohyun explained. "Interesting." Taeyoung nods. "So it's decided then." Namjoon asked. "No problems here." They all said.
"In December, we're heading to Tokyo. Everyone be ready." Seohyun got up and headed out with Namjoon. "Goodluck everyone." Sungkyu grinned and left the room. "We need to tell them, Namjoon." Seohyun said. "Let's rather tell them today." he said. "The sooner the better." she glanced out of the window as they drove to the estate.
"So that's what we've decided." The kids were all speechless. "December? That's two months away." Min-Hun gasped. "We think it's time we retired." Namjoon said. "We feel like you are all ready to take over. We're so proud of you all." Seohyun cried happy tears.
"Sohee, do you want to take over Sakura Ichor?" "No Eomma. I'm not capable of leading. I'm willing to represent the mafia." she said. "As shall I." Byeol volunteerd. "Adorable!" Yu Yang began crying too. "Sora, it's up to you to take care of Sakura Ichor. Make us all proud." Seohyun hugged them both.
"Jooheon. You're the heir of Bangtan. Don't do anything I wouldn't do." Namjoon said."Taesung. You will start a new Mafia called Yokan. You shall be the leader." Taehyung said. "It's an honor." Taesung smiled. "We feel that you can start a Mafia from scratch." Jimin said.
"Huh? My cycle–" Soo-jang went to the hospital as soon as possible. "You're pregnant." Dr Lee said after he examined her. "I'm pregnant?" she didn't know how to react. She knew Taewon had to focus on the upcoming handover a month away.
A baby would just be a hindrance to him, not to mention the unnecessary stress. She would rather keep it a secret from him than let him worry about it. Had he even remembered that night? She loved their connection through their now known child and that was all that mattered. Of course she would have to tell Seohyun this but when the time was right.
December came just around the corner and everyone participating or representing geared up in Tokyo. "Ah, Tokyo is beautiful this time of the year." Mamiko grinned. "Especially at night. It glows magnificently." Hana stared out of the window. "Woah, when did you do improvements on your Casino!" Jungkook asked. Everyone stared in awe. "I though it was time for a change in appearance." Yu Yang smiled. The dragon illuminated the casino and emitted emerald throughout the street. It was a sight to behold for anyone.
"Straight to work." Namjoon said and everyone followed him. "Everyone take your seats as the racers get ready. "One last time." Seohyun said. "Let's make it worth their while." Taehyung said, kissing her beforehand as usual. "No holding back this time." Seohyun said. "Got it." Yu Yang, Hosoek and Jungkook beckoned at her order. "We got this YuYu." She nods.
Helmets went on and the racers were seated on their bikes. They all watched enviously as the light changed from Red, to Yellow. Then Green. "And they're off." Namjoon said. The rest of their mafias watched eagerly. Seohyun and Yu Yang were infront, followed by Taehyung, Hosoek and Jungkook. Taejoon, Sohee, Byeol, Hyun and Min-Joon followed behind, tailing the lead.
"How many laps this time?" Hana asked. "20." Eunji said. "This will take a while." Jimin said. "Yoongi, why are you not out there?" Jin asked. "I recently had a shoulder surgery remember. I'm not cleared to race again." He said. "Where's Yuan?" Tsuka asked. "Behind Suho for some reason." Mamiko said after spotting him.
"This is strange, they're taking their time and not advancing to the front." Namjoon said. They each watched carefully. "What are they up to?" Ten races passed and they were halfway already. "Ok, some advancing there." Jin pointed. "Sohee and Byeol fell behind by Yuan and the other Mafias kids. What is happening?" Eunji asked.
"Wait...could it be?" Yoongi realized. "Oh no they didn't!" Jimin guffawed. They formed a V formation with Byeol and Sohee at the tip of the V. The others held their hands and pushed forward, shooting Byeol and Sohee to the front with them following quickly behind. Seohyuns eyes widened and she stared at Yu Yang. "The Whiplash!" Jin shouts.
Now they took charge of the lead. One race remained and Seohyun and Yu Yang caught up a little distance away from the girls. "They're almost there." Hana whispered. "Just a little more." Eunji said. Byeol looked behind her, then at Sohee and nods. They held hands and she whipped Sohee ahead, driving faster to maintain their lead.
Byeol and Sohee were neck to neck, the end was close in sight. "They're almost there!" Yoongi shouts. "The other whiplash worked just now." Sang-mi said. "Yuan, Taejoon, Min-Joon and Hyun passed them and are behind Seohyun and Yu Yang now." Namjoon said. "And the winner is—"
