It was a sleepless night for the Strawhats...
The men trained more harder while bearing the pressure for about what's to come.
Usopp appeared normal while seriously doing his own training routine. However, one could tell that his mood wasn't the same than before and this made some of the Strawhats concerned.
Luke merely gave a blind eye to this behavior of Usopp. He will need to have a one on one talk with the latter about Merry's matter.
"Luke, you called for me? Is there something wrong?" Chopper appeared as innocent as usual as he approached Luke.
"As you can see, one of my responsibility here is to upgrade the overall combat capability of the crew. You are a doctor so I'm a bit uncertain if you need some training lesson from me in terms of physical improvement." Luke said while enjoying his wine.
"Well.." Chopper didn't learn combat training before so he was a bit hesitant to answer. Although he doesn't like fighting, he will do all he can to protect his closest friends.
"Don't worry. I see that you are more proficient in medicine so I'll give something to be busy with." Luke took out a small folded piece of paper. Inside the paper was a white medicine powder.
"This is?" Chopper's eyes shone with interest as he carefully received the paper.
"I once stumbled upon a peculiar medicine pill before. That's the medicine powder in your hands. After I tasted a bit of the powder, my physical attributes suddenly increased. But I feel something's wrong after the effect ends. I want you to study what kind of medicine powder is this. Know it's benefits and defects. If you can decipher the mystery of this medicine powder, it will be a great boost to your physical attributes."
Luke briefly explained. In fact, he knows this medicine powder. It came from a pill called 'Energy Steroids', a national treasure of Fishman Island. Back at Drum Kingdom, Laffite sent the whole package to Luke containing more than a hundred of these pills.
It's a one of the task given by Luke. As for how Blackbeard got these pills in secret without hurting anyone, he doesn't care. He only need to see the result.
Chopper, in Luke's opinion, is a medicine enthusiast (Drug Addict).
This pill is perfect for Chopper's research. If this research is successful, he can apply it to his existing Rumble Ball medicine.
Luke knew that this Energy Steroid has a deep history. Although it's a failed medicine, it only sits to a corner for the right person to study it and modify the properties to a perfect one.
The miracle of Chopper's Devil Fruit will surely help this time. Chopper's Devil Fruit allows him to be enlightened and can solve deep mysteries in terms of human biology and medicine since he aspires to be a great doctor.
Chopper returned to his little lab with excited face which witnessed by Robin.
The cuteness of Chopper hit the soft part of her heart. She stood up and walked towards Luke.
Luke squinted his eyes at the approaching Robin.
"Chopper seems happy. I'm quite intrigued what you gifted on him." Robin placed the reclining chair beside Luke and sat down.
"Nothing much. Probably some motivational things." Luke shrugged while gazing at the stars. His eyes then turned to her, "Now that I think about it..."
He recalled Robin was fond of Chopper in the original story.
"Hm?" Robin got confused.
"Nothing." Luke chuckled. He continued, "You know, Chopper loves to eat cotton candy. He doesn't know it yet. Maybe you can surprise him sometime."
As expected, Robin's eyes sparkled when she heard this valuable information. It was as if she uncovered a hidden mystery of the world.
"That deserves a shoulder massage, right?" Luke winked at her.
Robin laughed as she used her ability to massage Luke.
Luke made himself comfortable as he enjoyed the massage of Robin.
Since Robin slowly getting along well with the Strawhats, they also came to know her Devil Fruit ability.
"Say Luke. Do you find my existence in this crew a bit.. worthless?" Robin said out of the blue.
Luke slowly opened his eyes and turned his attention to her.
"Why do you say so?"
"..." Robin didn't explain further. It was self evident that the crew relied on Luke's knowledge to some important matters which she doesn't even know about. Although she seek knowledge through reading histories, she didn't find a sense of belonging in this crew.
"I'm proficient in general knowledge while you are on specifics. In fact, we can help each other to broaden our knowledge by sharing various information we got. Don't you think so?" Luke said calmly. He doesn't like Robin to go astray in the journey, worse, helping other Emperors reaching Laugh Tale valley first.
Robin is one of the very few people who can decipher Poneglyphs.
Luke would feel uncomfortable just by getting rid of her for good.
"That'll do for now. Anyway, I'll be sure to find my worth in this crew in the future." Robin smiled.
"You're acting so distant right now." Luke rolled his eyes as he lightly knocked her head.
"Tell you a secret, Billy's favorite food are giant bug's meat." Luke whispered.
Robin's eyes flickered. She found Billy and Chopper very pleasant to her eyes. Now that she found their favorites, she'll be able to get familiar with them sooner than expected.
"Island ahead!" Nami shouted to the crew.
Nami's voice caught the attention of the Strawhats. They then looked ahead to see the Island. However, they saw nothing since it's too dark in the distance..
"Cough. It's more than 5 kilometers away. Wait for it." Nami's face flushed with embarrassment when she realized her mistake.
The Strawhats rolled their eyes at Nami.
Luke stared at the distance and indeed saw and Island similar to the original story. With his perfectly enhanced vision, nothing can elude his eyes. He can even see the perfect moon on outer space like it's in front of him.
His eyes flickered as he thought of something for this uninhabited Island.

Next day...
The Strawhats gathered as Luke seems to have an announcement regarding in training.
"Everyone should probably know the reason why I need to upgrade your training, right?" Luke announced.
The trainees nodded. Robin also joined in the line since she wanted to experience Luke's training plan.
Their training is going smoothly. All of them can now grasp at least minor mastery of Haki. The most dominating trainees is still Luffy, followed up by Zoro and Sanji.
"This time, we'll having a battle royale and your opponent is none other than yours truly." Luke smirked menacingly which caused shivers to the trainees. Still, the trio Luffy, Zoro and Sanji are all getting fired up.
He continued, "Before we start the training, I want to create something with the help of Nami and Usopp."
Nami and Usopp readily agreed.
Luke beckoned for the two to come over and they made a discussion while encapsulated by energy bubble for secrecy.
The other trainees saw the drastic change of expression for Nami and Usopp.
They saw Nami keep chiding while Usopp was gulping his saliva every passing second.
Just what is Luke gonna do to make Nami and Usopp react like this?
Then, they saw Nami had a money signs on her eyes after Luke said something to her.
Minutes later, the preparations completed.
Luke held a sack of gold coins that Nami gave to him.
"Ooy Nami, are you seriously giving Luke this much gold coins?" Zoro got surprised. The value of gold coins in Luke's hand is estimated to be two million berries. And Nami gave it away without hesitation. Just what kind of promise Luke gave to her?
"Money don't mean a thing to me." Nami smiled from ear to ear like a happy child.
"Ready Nami, Usopp. On my signal." Luke started to fly to the sky carrying the sack of gold using Float Float.
Nami and Usopp became serious.
"What are they doing?" Luffy tilted his head in confusion.
"Beats me. Luke's doing something crazy again." Zoro shrugged his shoulders while enjoying the show.
Luke had a serious face. That's because, he will create his third Special Homie. His own version of Misery.
To create this new Special Homie, he needed to sacrifice half of his physical Strength, a part of his lifespan and release his haki reserves and put it in one place.
"Now!"
RUMBLE!!!!
"Thunder Dragon!" Nami's voice echoed.
A massive Oriental Dragon made of lightning circled around the sky before diving down towards Luke in a ferocious manner.
"Fire Star! : Phoenix Flame! More More! 100 times!" Usopp also fired at the same time.
SWOOSH!!!!
A giant Phoenix flame the size of a small Island rushed towards Luke from below.
RUMBLE!!!! RUMBLE!!!!
"ROAR!!!!" "SCREE!!!!"
Both attacks issued an ear piercing roar while heading towards Luke in the middle.
"WOAH!!"
The Strawhats immediately marveled the scene. Both attacks made their blood boiled in excitement.
Meanwhile, Robin stared at this unbelievable scene in sheer surprise. Of all the Strawhats, she had least expectation for Nami and Usopp to be this powerful. Now that they witnessed their might, her opinion between these two changed for the better.
SWISH!!
Luke's crimson eyes glowed brightly while his aura changed. He stretched his hand to grab the massive Lightning Dragon and his other hand was the Phoenix Flame. His Soul Soul power allows him to have higher immunity towards such elements. He can easily manipulate these elements with ease.
CRACKLE!!!! SWISH!!!!
He merged the two elements towards the gold coins.
In an instant, the gold coins melted into one blob of gold and merged with the two elements with the guide of Luke.
He wasn't finished putting the Fire and Lightning elements, he also took out all one hundred ammo of his Special Gun Homie. The ammo contains elemental wind which he merged all to the blob of gold.
In order to contain all elements, Luke now need to sacrifice half of his physical strength while infusing the gold of his lifespan.
The whole Strawhats stared at Luke in the sky like he was a madman.
The weather in their part of sea just turned chaotic.
An hour later...
Luke's pale face finally showed a relaxed smile.
A long haired dark figure of a man was bending one knee while they were still floating.
"From today henceforth, you name shall be called Frankenstein and you can address to me as master."
The dark figure slowly retracted the blackness of his skin like a retractiom of Armamen Haki, revealing a pure gold long haired man.
The long haired golden man lifted his head to see Luke.
He has simple looking face with a pair of cat-like pupils. He also has a shark-like teeth with two portruding fangs like a vampire's.
"Yes, master."
The third Special Homie ring of Luke, Model : Frankenstein, has been completed.
