Purity blinked her eyes and smiled. Her eyes reflected a golden glint that only Henry could see.
"I have been convinced, Master. Light is the way."
A faint glow of light covered her body. She gave off the aura of a saint that came down to visit the world.
"The truth of magic… no one can be sure what is the best way."
Henry shook his head. She was too ignorant to be saying those words.
"Master, how long have you been waiting?" Felicia asked.
From the look on his face, she felt that he had been waiting here for a long time.
"Kind of. I was worried about you two. We need to find a hotel already."
Henry stared at her solemnly. He recalled the words of the bartender and the broken-teeth-man. They arose suspicion in his heart about this city.
"That worries me…" Felicia frowned.
After spending a few months with Henry, she knew some of the specifics of his emotions. He would only act like this if he found some danger.
