Chapter 164 - Odd City

As soon as his words finished, the bartender paused. He glanced around him and placed his finger on his lips.

"Shushhh. Talking about that village is a taboo."

The bartender stared at Henry with a serious gaze, communicating a warning about the consequences of his question.

Henry glanced around and leaned forward.

"What do you mean?" he asked in a low voice.

The bartender hardened his facial expression. He ignored him and pretended to be deaf.

Henry straightened his posture and furrowed his brows. He turned to the others sitting in front of the bar. They had finished talking about him and were silently mulling to themselves while they drank their alcohol.

'Something is wrong.'

Henry sensed the irregularities. He stood up and walked out of the bar.

But before he could, a young woman walked in front of him. She blushed and bowed.

"Please dance with me!" she shouted in a fearful and embarrassed tone.
