Purity stared at him. Her eyes lit up a little after hearing his words.
"And I can absorb the mana in the surroundings and take them in?" Purity asked, unsure of her own words.
"Correct. You take mana from the environment and make them your own."
Henry nodded his head in agreement. He smiled, knowing she wasn't unaware of the very basics.
Purity smiled more. Her complexion brightened, and she leaned closer to him.
"Are you going to help me?"
Purity stared at him wide-eyed, and her gaze was fixated on his face. She subtly pouted her lips and patiently waited for his answer.
Henry tapped his cheek, thinking.
His slow answer made Purity feel embarrassed. She pulled back and felt she asked too much for a stranger whom essentially couldn't be trusted.
"Is it helping you if I teach you magic in order to test you?" Henry asked.
