The magi in the watch towers waved their hands and allowed them to proceed. The group continued walking to the doors of the mansion.
A male servant waited for them.
"Good day, Sir Brandon. These two are…"
The servant wore a tuxedo and kept a professional posture.
"They are here to help us."
"Oh. Please."
The servant bowed and didn't say anything else. He moved out of the way.
Brandon walked inside and led the way. He went directly to the living room on the first floor.
"Mayor Reed."
He was an old man sitting on the couch while reading news reports. He wore purple silk clothing and luxurious accessories.
"Brandon? Who are these two?"
Reed straightened his posture.
"They are Master-class magi. We needed their help the most, right?"
"O-oh, right. Yes. You may leave."
