It was just a spontaneous action.
But that glance left Yi Lin dumbfounded.
In the [Reputation] panel, the reputation values of other factions hadn't changed at all.
There was one new addition, though.
[Reputation with Mermaid Country] Respected (12/12000)
What's with this feeling of unexpected blessings falling into one's lap?
Yi Lin was certain that the last time he checked the [Grand Engineering Institute] reputation at the Engineer Tower, this entry hadn't been there.
Not only had this mysterious NPC faction he'd never encountered appeared out of nowhere, but it also instantaneously shot up to "Respected"?
Did I accidentally pay respects at the ancestral grave of Mermaid Country or something?
Or did I by chance slay some demonic creature on the roadside that happened to be the sworn enemy of Mermaid Country for generations, and this NPC faction sensed it in the cosmic ether?
