In the very center of Ishtar Harbour, there is a hundred-meter-tall snow-white building whose exterior seems seamless, without any visible gaps where bricks or tiles might meet. It's like a column that has descended from the sky and embedded itself in the center of Ishtar Harbour—quite spectacular.
