"So what now? Do we just go back? I'm sure those people will come back. It's not like they'll just let the matter go." Chu Beiji asked making the whole group turn to Song Mimi.
"And that's why you two will stay here with her as well as Song Luo. Zhou Sheng and I will return back to Beijing."
Song Mimi turned to Song Luo who looked at her back.
"Come over." Song Mimi said as she excused herself for a while as Song Luo followed her.
"I'll be back after the meeting with old madam Ling. I'll come back for you and I want you to make friends while I'm gone. The boys can be really annoying so make a lot of good friends and stay safe."
She looked at her for a while before pecking her forehead.
"I'll get the latest bike model you've been wanting when I'm back. I promise."
She looked at her one last time before turning to Zhou Sheng who came over right away as two other girls approached them as well.
"She can come with us to the river. We meet up with the girls at the river around this time every evening to wash our hair and take a bath. Don't worry it's a boys restricted area."
Song Mimi smiled at the girls before turning to Song Luo.
"Go with them. Its okay."
Song Luo smiled as she left with the girls right then leaving Song Mimi to watch her back.
"We should go. Zhong Hu has already started the car." Zhou Sheng said as Song Mimi finally moved from her spot leaving for the car. Just as she sat in Zhong Hu handed over her phone to her as someone had called her.
"It's old madam Ling."
Song Mimi sighed upon hearing the name as she took the phone from him.
"I don't think you called to explain the meaning of your actions. Last time I checked you were as healthy as a horse in its prime." Song Mimi said putting the call on speaker mode.
"And I don't think you should talk to the woman who watched after you when your parents died." The caller said back at her making Song Mimi's face turn pale as she uttered those words.
"Aren't you interested in the person I'm giving the shares to. I heard that Lei Xiqi is quite capable. As the successor of the Lei family she's quite capable."
Driven by anger she crushed the phone in her hands making Zhou Sheng turn to her perplexed.
"Are you alright?"
"Lei Xiqi is now part of JM Jewels. How's that possible?" She asked angrily looking at Zhong Hu in the mirror.
"Forgive me Ms Song but I just got the news now. One of the shareholders just sold his shares to Lei Xiqi. She now owns five percent shares in the company."
A dagger appeared in her hand as she placed it on his neck making blood drip down his neck.
"Song Mimi what are you doing?" Zhou Sheng asked more shocked by her actions as Zhong Hu stayed still the whole time.
"Why did the old lady get the news before me? She left the company a long time ago isn't it?" She asked him still holding the dagger at his neck.
"Old madam Ling gets her information right from the director of JM Jewels since she personally trained him herself."
She calmed down after hearing his words as the dagger disappeared from her hand.
"Head back to the villa right away. Zhou Sheng I want you to keep interacting with Zhuge Xing. My second phase of the plan is to wipe Yu Lan from the surface of the earth. You'll be there to keep him company when he's mourning."
She leans back on her seat as Zhong Hu takes off finally making Zhou Sheng a bit calm from the tense atmosphere.

"In the end I came back to the Asian continent. Somewhere near the woman I'm trying to forget along with my past." Xiao Juhan said as he took a sip of the tea he had with the old man accompanying him.
"What about your music then? That's a big part of you." He asked as he had been listening to him for the past two hours.
"Of course I keep writing and singing. But I don't know if I intend on going back on stage or going public with my music. Enough of that. Are you going to teach me how to harness my power or not?"
"I didn't think your mother's journal would actually be helpful. I thought it would get in the hands of wrong people so I advised her to stop. I didn't think she kept writing behind my back." The old man said as he took the journal.
"Yeah... she wrote about how you would punish her with training sessions early in the morning everytime you caught her writing."
"Forget that. If you want to be of use to your group, you'll have to start your training. First lesson... you'll have to meditate by the pond early in the morning for three days straight. No food no water no break. Let's see how you cope."
The old man said as he went back into his room making Xiao Juhan stare in disbelief. No wonder he lived in such a secluded place in the woods. But how was he supposed to go on for three days without meditation.

"Are you ready for the tea party? It's already time I think." Zhou Sheng said as she entered the room to see Song Mimi dressed in a black crop top with black straight pants and a cape coat on top of it all with a black wedge sneakers and her hair tied into a ponytail.
"Don't you think your outfit is too dull for an afternoon tea party. You'll be literally giving off evil CEO vibes this afternoon."
"I find other colors too bright. And besides, I like my outfit." Song Mimi answered as she left with Zhou Sheng following her until she got in her car.
"I'll be back after making sure Lei Xiqi has nothing to do with my company." She said as the glass rolled up then she drove out of the villa as the gates automatically opened and closed.

In the mansion of old madam Ling, Song Mimi got off her car as the valet received her car keys to park her car. She looked at the mansion she had only been to thrice in her life since she got her money and fame. She entered as everyone turned to her.
"I thought you wouldn't come." Old madam Ling said as Song Mimi looked at her sitting with Lei Xiqi.
"Come sit with me. Your seat is right next to me." She said as Song Mimi turned away taking in a deep breath.
~Just deal with it until you're sure Lei Xiqi doesn't get the shares.~
She said to herself as she went over to their table sitting beside her as someone took her coat away. She turned to the two banes in her life and finally gave a smile.
