After weeks of planning without Song Mimi as she was still asleep in her room, Zhou Sheng finally decided to go ahead with their plan.
"Luoluo... are you sure you want to reveal yourself right now? I don't want us to rush into things without Song Mimi."
Zhou Sheng said as she watched the rebellious young adult get ready.
"You know... you're the only one amongst all of us I actually listen to since Song Mimi clearly said to listen to you when she's not around. She completely trust you and I trust every decision my sister makes so I trust you as well. And I trust that your decision is going to give us a step forward."
"You're not going."
Song Mimi's voice echoed in the villa as they turned to her looking at Zhou Sheng with a cold look in her eyes.
"You keep forgetting, this is something only you should do and the face you're using is a face from decades ago. Don't draw too much attention to yourself which is gonna make people search deeper into your background. Song Luo, you're not going anywhere."
She descended down the stairs ready for work in her usual black attire wearing a silk blouse and high waist straight pants with her hair tied up in a ponytail in her black stilettos.
"Zhong Hu, get the car ready. I have a conference meeting with the board of directors."
Zhong Hu left as Song Mimi looked at the rest of her crew.
"After this Zhong Hu and I will be going back to our old neighborhood. I recently found something there which I wanna be sure about."
"So what am I supposed to do now."
"I'll be pulling you out of school for a while. I want you to train with Zhou Sheng. Go hang out with your friends for a while, you won't be seeing them in a long time after this. Zhou Sheng... walk with me."
The rest watched as the two walked away for their own private time again.
"Why don't we ever practice? I mean I get bored playing games with you all the time and strategizing as well."
Lin Yi complained as he sat down tiredly.
"The three of us trained together as kids. What else do you want to be taught? Unless you want to fight with Song Mimi as a practice session. She'll be glad. But you'll be dead after one strike. You're not even on par with the girls she trains with when it comes to martial arts."
"Why do you always like to rub my weakness in my face. I'm the speedster, I don't need to fight when I can run."
Lin Yi quickly eats his chips with his ability before Chu Beiji could stop him. He glanced back at his bowl and turned to Lin Yi with a sinister smile on his face. He floats him upside down in mid air as he gets up.
"What are you doing? The food might come out. You can eat it afterwards."
"I know. But I'd like to shake it out of you rather than have it digest in you."
Song Luo just watches the two as Zhou Sheng comes back in.
"Your sister just left. And it was wrong of me to include you in the plan. I'll meet with Zhuge Xing alone. You should do something else worthwhile. I'm leaving for now. See you later."
She leaves as Song Luo turn to the two men who still acted like they were sixteen. She sighed as she also left the villa.

Somewhere in New York, Xiao Juhan packed his bags ready for his next trip as he got a call from his mother. He smiled as he answered it right away.
"Are you spying on me or is it a mother's instinct that you know exactly that I'm moving to my next destination."
"A mother's instincts and also seventy-five percent of me spying on you. What can I do when my son decideds to run away from everything after a tragedy?"
"I didn't leave everything behind. I took your journal and I'm now learning how to harness the power I possess."
"I know. Another reason I had Wang Kai tail you but he lost you eventually."
"And I knew that as well. That's why I lost him. But knowing you, I was wondering why you sent Wang Kai instead."
"Because you're trying to get away from your pain and I don't wanna put stress on you. And also to warn you to look after yourself. I know you've seen the news about the Cove."
"I have."
A loud silence fell between the mother and son after his answer. Xiao Juhan put his suitcase down grabbing his passport and phone.
"I'm leaving now. Remember to take care and no I'm not telling you my next destination. From here onwards my whereabouts is confidential."
He hangs up and leaves after destroying his phone and taking the new one along.
Beijing, China.
"It's been a while since we last met... almost two months now."
Zhuge Xing said as she poured her a glass of wine before giving it to her.
"Too long from my point of view."
She accepted his wine as they toasted before having a sip.
"The taste of this wine is extraordinary. I love it."
"Only a woman like you deserves the best things in the world. How was your trip?"
"Boring if I must say. And at times it got worse when the clients try to seduce you or get too close."
Zhuge Xing frowned at her words placing the glass down.
"Too close? What do you mean by that?"
"Since we're in a private room, I could demonstrate... get up."
She got up after drinking the whole glass as Zhuge Xing followed her every steps blindly. She placed his hands on her waist then wrapped her arms around his neck with her face very close to his. The smell of wine from both their breaths overwhelming them.
"About this close but if you pull me closer it will just be precise."
Zhuge Xing pulled her closer by her words as the two are caught by each other's lips unable to give into their desires. Then Zhuge Xing's phone started to ring as Zhou Sheng smiles and let go.
"I'm so sorry. It's Yu Lan."
He sighs heavily then answers her call.
