Su Xin still has 32 initial level lotteries left, but sadly, they're not enough either.
So Su Xin had no choice but to settle for less, exchanging 3 high-grade lotteries for 1800 villain values, and after getting a Mysterious Level weapon, he was left with 679 points. These villain values are reserved for emergency consumable exchanges, so Su Xin doesn't plan on using them.
