As a woman, she understood what her daughter wanted to do, and she didn't like it one bit, but she was still a bit inclined to her daughter's requests. The older couple had a rare argument because of their spoilt child, and Abi was getting restless about it. Their daughter was almost twenty-three, and Abi knew that they could not continue to indulge Brianna's whims like they had been doing since she was a child. But old habits are indeed hard to change.
