Rocky stirred awake at the crack of dawn. He could not relax enough to sleep that deep as he had the love of his life in his arms. Rocky wanted to savour every moment, so despite the fact that he had had some alcohol the previous day and had gone to bed late, he woke up promptly just a couple of hours after he had fallen asleep.
Seeing Ava nestled in his arms made his heart swell.
Rocky couldn't help but feel a bit lost when it came to Ava. As he turned and gazed at her serene sleeping expression, she unexpectedly shifted closer, catching him off guard. Despite the surprise, he couldn't help but smile.
