The dinner had been so fun for all who had attended except for Brad. Even for him, it was a relief not to be looking over his back for a couple of hours at least. After Ian's remark to him, he had pretty much kept his eyes to himself, but he listened attentively to everyone around him.
Brad had been quite shocked to see those brats sitting at the same table as him and the rest, but he could not bring himself to say anything about that. If his parents said nothing nor reacted, who was he to say much when he wasn't even in anyone's good books then?
His sentiments for the children were almost the same as that of the mother.
