""Why didn't you tell me Avery?!" Eddie shouted before standing before Avery.
"Tell you what?!" Avery snapped back but her expression softened after seeing the change of expression on Eddie's face.
"It slipped past my mind Eddie, you can't expect me to call you and inform when I goddamn don't know where the fuck my son is." Avery said before hiding her face behind her palm.
"I'm sorry dear, it wasn't my intention to come off this strong." Eddie apologized before taking him into his embrace, comforting her. But what she needed now wasn't comfort but she needed her son.
Avery came out of his hug and looked at him tearfully.
"Eddie, please you have to help me. It's been four hours already since my son has been missing. I can't take it anymore."
Avery 's eyes welled up with tears as she stood before Eddie. Her heart is heavy with grief as all the bad thoughts keep on coming back to her, breaking her into pieces.
