Sunday came in a flash and it was already afternoon. Dali and little José were busy with cartoons in their room, arguing over who got to take the control of the remote.
Valeria's dad was busy with his small radio, listening to the Sunday news. Valeria and Mylene were together in Valeria's room, she had opened up to her sister about the mixed feelings she was having and Mylene was desperately trying to make Valeria aware that there was nothing wrong in being with another man.
"I feel like it is all happening too fast. We just met and he already wants to take me out on a date."
Valeria was lying on her bed, making use of her sister's thighs as a pillow. Mylene gently stroked her sister's head as she advised her on what to do.
"You are a woman and you need a man in your life, why do you try to stop yourself from being with this hot man in uniform?" She questioned.
