On a Sunday, Madison and I decided to go to the mall. It was the right time since we had just received our first salaries, and I needed to buy some things for the upcoming welcome dinner for our new CEO. Jacob wasn't available as he was busy with his taxi job, so it was just Madison and me going.
I prepared myself, wearing shorts and a simple blouse. I brought enough money for our shopping and set aside some for paying off my debts.
"Let's go. Are you ready?" Madison greeted me as I stepped out of my room.
"Sure, I'm ready," I replied.
As we left the gate of our house, a fancy black car pulled up.
The car window rolled down, revealing Noah's handsome face. He was wearing shades and looked quite dashing in his red polo shirt that accentuated his well-built physique.
Noah flashed a charming smile as he greeted us,
"Hey there, ladies. Need a lift?"
Madison giggled and accepted his offer, "Of course, Noah. Thank you!"
