Humans are, at present, the dominant ones in the world. They are the ones who made the earth undergo drastic changes.
From the very beginning, humans presented something special. That special was nothing more than supernatural powers.
And although at first they did not take it seriously, over time these powers became more and more important.
These abilities were called 'Marks', and they were capable of many things.
From being able to control objects with your mind, to destroy strong walls with your fists, to control fire, and so on.
However, as populations evolved physically, mentally and technologically, there were people hungry for power.
These people began to kill innocent people in order to rise to the top of the glory.
But it didn't always work out well for them.
Even more so with the appearance of the 'Defenders' and, some time later, the 'Vigilants'.
Both fought for the good of the people, but equally, there were differences between the two concepts.
The Defenders are legal heroes, with experience and well-instilled training.
On the other hand, the Vigilants are illegal heroes. People who take justice into their own hands.
But it wasn't just the Defenders who were in charge of stopping crimes. No. Over time, doors to other worlds began to appear.
They were called 'Dungeons'.
A place where monsters, beasts, fantastical animals and more, appeared. And the Defenders, doing their job, took care of these dungeons.
And today, every person with outstanding power wants to become a Defender. And that includes me.
