"I hope you are calling to inform me that you have succeeded?" a voice over the speaker says to a distraught Vlad who tries to make his boss understand.
(trembling) "Well, sir I-
(interrupts) "cause if that's the case then what am I listening to over the T.V? hm? And You have the nerve to call me! (In a threatening voice) Give me one good reason to spare you"
"Sir Sinclare has taken over!" Vlad informs.
"What?! How dare they!" (In anger)
"Sir, what are my orders?" Vlad acquires.
"The order form they have given you what degree is it?" (Vlad's boss acquires)
"By the looks of its sir, I believe only General Luthor has agreed to give her charge" (replies)
"Get rid of the paper and after that, you know what to do, I will take care of the rest" (orders)
"Yes sir! I will not- (his boss hangs up the call)
"That bloody son of a cucumber! Just what does he think of himself! I am going to love seeing his face when this doesn't go as he planned!" (Vlad curses Lenord as he walks up to Sinclare putting his facial expression into a calm smile)
" hello mam I am Vladimir Jonathan special agent from the FBI if I can be of any assistance to you, kindly let me know," Vlad tells Sinclare who replies by giving him a smirk.
In another place simultaneously, a decent-looking man goes through some files his secretary just gave him.
" has our guest reached the scene yet, Niles?" (the man asks his secretary standing beside him)
" yes sir"(Niles replies)
"Good to hear"
"sir if I may" ( the secretary asks permission to speak)
"What is on your mind, my friend?"
"I am worried that the one already handling the operation will not take it very well"
"well you are right about that, but what can a mere officer do against his superior's orders? There is nothing to be concerned about"
"yes sir you are right"
No sooner had they had this conversation than Niles's cell phone rang.
(Niles apologizes while trying to hang up the call)
"I am sorry sir I could have sworn I put it to sleep mode"
"Whose it from?"
" I don't know sir it's from an unknown number"
(his boss gives a Smile)
"Give it to me"
(Niles hands him the phone)
"Ah! Luthor my old friend" (Luthor hears Lenord's cheerful voice over the speakers)
"what pleasure do I owe you calling me?"(luthor asks annoyed)
"I am glad you asked, you see there has been a problem in the arrangement of things"
"don't tell me that useless Vladmire was handling the operation under your influence"
"I wouldn't quite say that but let's just say that if he loses I lose and you know very well that I do not like to lose, don't you!"
"it's no use we already have an order from the above"
"I don't know what you are talking about, my agent informed me of no such thing"
"You fraud!"(in anger)
"Let's not waste time in useless talks now shall we"
"There is an order and Vladimir has it!"
(Luthor asks mockingly)"Where is it then?"
"You must have done something to it!"
"So now you are accusing me?...(calmly) Let me ask you this, who do you think is controlling this case? Tell me"
(in anger)"I don't know you tell me"
"Attitude, so that's how you want to play it hm? Very well...(threatening) You listen to me!... the members of the board control this case and I am myself a member which makes me superior to you-
(as Luthor continues an officer enters Lenord's office and puts down an official paper writing on his table)
I say jump you say where...(mockingly)and here is an example-
(numb, Lenord looks at the paper and sees several official signatures from people above him)
take a pen and sign it so I can pretend this never happened"
(Lenord's face goes blank)
"there's just one thing"
(enraged)"what? You still have something to say?"
"it almost pains me to say this...just what made you not think that comparing Vladimir and Sinclare's reports I still have a huge advantage to change their decision...(mockingly)a huge! in fact"
"I can see...did you never hear the saying that there's strength in numbers?-
(Back at the operation scene Sinclare is approached by ten more officers who ask her for orders in the same manner as Vlad did)
(mockingly)You see with your authority you could only appoint...I don't know maybe five more officers?... but on the other hand, I with my money can appoint ten more just like her, Vladimir is just a pawn for transferring my success...now if we have had enough games, I want you to return the document with your signatures in no less than a second...but since you went through a great deal of effort for all this pointless talk I will give you enough time to inform your agent to back off...bye!"
(Luthor Hangs up the call)
Grabbing a pen in his hand, Lenord immediately calls Sinclare.
"What?"(Sinclare asks in a blank tone)
"I am sorry but this has gone out of my hands"
(Blank)"oh, what a tragedy"
"You need to get out of there with your forces"
(Sinclare acquires)"I believe we have an order on our side?"
(disappointed) "Not anymore"
Sinclare looks at Vladimir still standing beside her.
(calmly) "search him please" (she orders her men)
Two soldiers immediately searched him upon the order.
"Nothing mam!" (They report)
(Sinclare approaches Vladimir and in a calm lovely voice she asks him)
"Where is the paper?"
"I am sorry, but I can't seem to understand what you are asking me about" (he replies calmly as if nothing ever happened)
"I see, I am going to need five more minutes...expect something to happen"
Sinclare says in a calm happy voice and hangs up the call before Lenord can say anything to stop her...
