Chapter 16 - 15. Her Last Day

Carleon woke up then realised he had sleep on the same room with Carmilla but on Carmilla's side the bed was cold with no signs of somebody had sleep on it. He was double confused. Like usually he get up, and get ready to attend his class.

he went to the bathroom , and directly went to the pole clothes where his wife used to hang his ironed clothes. All five clothes for five days was there, usually there only one each day. he went to the wardrobe to get something and something seems off there, the clothes inside is reduced. He look closely then he find out his wife's clothes wsn't there

then he remembered that his wife's toiletries wasn't there too. it feels like something huge smashed him. He had just make up his mind, and tried to love her but he late a day.

He run to the living room, she wasn't there. He checked her in all her favourite place but she wasn't there too. everything has been cleaned, her slipper wasn't there, her favourite shoes wasn't there too. he tried to find some clues but all he found was, their wedding picture has gone too leaving his picture with his late lover. He remembered that he already put all these picture inside the box.

"Damn, where is she?" He tried to find clue in the bin but what he found was something which terrified him, a pisses diagnosis letter from the hospital , his wife was pregnant! He was actually sober that night, he just want to torture her. He didn't know if he was happy or sad but one thing for sure, he must mend their relationship.

He called every one but none of them knew where she had gone, he tried to track her but then he found her phone was thrown in the recycle bin. he tried to restore the data inside but he found nothing useful its just their old picture was there and she threw it? his last card is to call his mother

"Mom did Carmilla said anything to you?"

"You didn't get the book?"

"What book?"

"The divorce book certificate"

"Mom! I'm serious, she's not home. she even sold her house"

"me too, I'm not joking. Don't go anywhere, you'll get you book later"

"..."

"I just hope you won't regret it after knowing the truth"

"I'm regretting it now, you don't have to tell me. even if i wish to know it you'll never tell me"
