Rebeca decided not to waste any time and merged her dungeon with ours. Unlike when Rick and I established our dungeon, Rebeca, when choosing her dungeon's location, received an already prepared dungeon, along with 5 random mobs and a free chance to summon a hero.
"Now we know those objectives were a special event."
"You won't get the rewards we received, but you also won't start from scratch."
"Yes, yes. Well, at least one of the random mobs is reasonably rare, and my talent seems interesting."
Rebeca's dungeon consists of 3 floors in a forest style. The first two floors have two different mobs scattered across the map, while on the third floor, you can find all 5 mobs.
The monsters she acquired were on the first floor – Kobold and Imp, on the second floor – Purple Cobra and Orc, and on the third floor, in addition to the previous mobs, there are Living Armors.
Living Armors are a type of monster that are considered the dream of all blacksmiths and a highly sought-after. During the creation of a weapon or armor, if you mix parts of Living Armors, you can create equipment that has the chance to become better or evolve when killing monsters with it.
"I just found it complicated the amount that came, with just 1000 dungeon coins, I couldn't do much."
"Don't worry, you'll quickly earn a lot of DC."
"When we announce your mobs, there will surely be a queue."
"I even increased the number of mobs, unfortunately, I couldn't use the time distortion."
"Move aside."
As soon as we heard the warning, a mini-fox and a mini-wolf ran past us as if they were fleeing from someone, and then a mini-panther appeared.
"Sometimes, I think this must be some kind of prank or joke. How are they the heroes who alone give trouble to several teams?"
"I thought I was the only one, and Luna was a special case. The good part of all this is that they seem to be getting along well and having fun."
While we watched the "kids," they had already circled the entire house about five times, avoiding the furniture in their path.
"When are you going to introduce Rosie? I thought you were going to use her as a dungeon pet."
"Well, she can't sit still for a minute without doing something. I was afraid she might cause a commotion, so I'm waiting for her to calm down a bit."
Rosie, the name Luna decided to give to the fox, is very intelligent, but being a baby fox, she has a lot of energy and likes to explore things.
Luna kept her promise to help take care of the fox, more than help, Luna takes care of her more than I do. They're almost always together. Now, with Rebeca's hero summon, Orion, you can often find the trio playing together.
"So, do you prefer that my talent be shared in the Legion? Rebeca's talent doesn't seem bad."
"I think it's better to leave yours there for now. Her talent is good too, but yours seems more useful at the beginning."
Rebeca's talent is called the Simulator. Every month, she is entitled to one simulation. In these simulations, you have to make various choices, and depending on the final outcome of the simulation, you gain rewards.
With the arrival of the Legion, some dungeon masters are sharing their talents to recruit people. Despite the wide variety of talents among them, it's clear that some talents are not unique.
"Since her talent has a time limit for use, why don't we try putting her talent first and then switch back to yours?"
"Why not give it a try?"
While we were trying to test the theory, we found out that there's a 1-day waiting period to change talents.
"We've found out it's possible; now we just have to wait to test it."
"Well, I think we'd better go train now. Your talent shortens the time it takes for us to develop, but we still have to put in the effort."
"Right, I want to prepare well before thinking about invading another world."
"Let's go."
Despite my talent speeding up the time needed to learn something or develop, it doesn't make us learn things overnight. What would take a month to learn, we can learn in just 12 days.
Still, I think it's a potent talent because it disregards the limits of natural talent. It, in a way, eliminates the lack of natural talent as there's no longer a limit to what we can achieve. In other words, if we train and work hard, we can reach the level of the best player in the world, the best fighter in the world, the best doctor in the world—just dedication and hard work and without being hindered by any talent-related bottlenecks. In essence, there was no limit to what we could achieve.

"Hey Jeff, what are you reading?"
As I was filling in my knowledge gaps, a familiar female voice broke through my concentration.
"I'm reviewing some books. I found out that my memory is much better now, and Omael told me that the final result of magic is related to knowledge. The more we know about something, the better the result of the magic."
Taking my eyes off the book to see who it was, there she was, Alexandra.
"Can I sit with you?"
"Of course."
Since that date with her, our relationship has been growing over time. I've already accepted that I like her, though I had yet to find the right moment to express them.
Unlike usual, Alexandra seems a bit melancholic, anxious, and apprehensive.
"What happened? You seem a bit down."
Seeing her like this makes me want to do something for her. The more I looked at the expression on her face, the more I wanted to see her smile.
"I can't concentrate. Every time I catch myself thinking about what happened, I wonder if I'm a aberration. Will people find out and distance themselves from me or be afraid of me?"
"Hey, I know what you mean."
"First, I want to apologize to you. If it weren't for my, you would have continued to be a normal human."
I also got a bit scared when I realized my own race had changed. Even with the Awakened and their extraordinary abilities, they are still considered "humans." But after thinking about it, I found it wasn't so bad, and in a way, I didn't stop being who I am.
"Another thing, nobody will think you're a aberration, and chances are, they'll never even notice. Besides, you're not alone; Rick, Oliver, and I are in the same situation."
Alexandra seemed to realize that no one could tell that her race had changed. Aside from her newfound ability, nothing about her appeared out of the ordinary.
"You know that regardless, the group will welcome you with open arms. I don't know if you noticed, but Livia was sad when she found out the only thing different about her was the increase in attributes and the skill."
While comforting her, I decided to summon some courage.
"Well, if anything happens, I can take responsibility."
Even though it's a bit unfair and a wish of mine, it was the only way I thought I could help. Even though I had the courage to say this and in this way, it didn't stop me from blushing.
"Hey." she interrupted, looking at me.
"Don't look, please." I said, feeling my embarrassment deepen.
"Hey." she repeated.
When I looked at her, I realized it wasn't just me who was blushing.
"Do you really mean what you said?"
"When I first thought about it, it wasn't in this sense, but, well, yes, I really meant it."
"Do you promise?"
"I promise."
"So I want you to honor your promise and take me on more dates before that."
It took a turn I never imagined or expected, but I managed to wipe that expression off her face, and I realized I'm terrible at consoling someone. I guess I've discovered another subject I need to study and fill in the gaps of knowledge. Hopefully, Rebeca can help me with that.
"Hehehehehe."
When I looked back, Luna was staring at me and smiling while trying to hide.
