Chapter 121 - Party

Tom has run away from home.

Luke looked at the empty drawer, then turned to Malfoy and Crabbe, who were curiously examining the hand of cards they had just bought today.

Despite the Weasley twins being quite annoying, Malfoy was still a little wizard at heart and couldn't resist his curiosity.

It doesn't seem like either of them took it...

So, where has Tom gone?

Luke thought for a moment and then shrugged it off.

Why worry so much? Sooner or later, it will reveal itself.

When the time comes, he could go to the Forbidden Forest and summon his own basilisk. With a transformation spell, he could turn a tree into a mirror and then use the Sharingan to control it.

Thinking of his plan, Luke nodded in satisfaction.

The top priority now is to take his notes and go to the Room of Requirement. He couldn't make his little girlfriend wait.

Otherwise, she might bite him again.

For some reason, Hermione had recently developed a habit of biting. And it hurt.

Luke touched the teeth marks on his fingers. Hermione had bitten him while he slept today, leaving a mark with her small mouth.

That one bite almost broke through his dragon scales.

Inside the Room of Requirement on the eighth floor, he announced, "Let's play cards!"

Hermione, wearing pink bear pajamas, laughed while hugging Luke's arm. Her high ponytail swayed gently as she moved.

"Play cards?" Luke asked, putting down his quill with a sigh. He had nearly finished recording the runes in his notebook. Most of the spells could be engraved into the ring now, including the Fiendfyre and the three Unforgivable Curses.

"Hmm, I saw Cedric and Harry's matchup. It looked really interesting!" Hermione blinked her brown eyes, smiling in anticipation.

When did Hermione become so spoiled? Luke wondered. He couldn't help pinching her soft, smooth cheek.

"Okay, let's play cards!" he said, noticing Hermione's eyes narrowing slightly. He quickly let go of her cheek and took out a set of cards from his system space.

As an investor and creator, Luke had naturally been given a complete set of cards by George. Not only him, but Harry and Hermione as well.

As the light on the card lit up, a short goblin appeared in front of them. It looked lifelike and had its own little emotions, just like the portraits in the headmaster's office.

Intrigued, Hermione poked the goblin with her wand. The goblin grinned at her and knocked the wand aside with the hammer in its hand.

The twins truly had a unique talent for creating things like this, Luke thought. Maybe next semester, he could tell them about werewolf games. Luke mused, resting his chin on his hand.

Speaking of which, I haven't tried the horse charm to see if it has any effect on werewolves.

Over the next few days, Fred and George finally became famous at Hogwarts, and all the little wizards knew about their interesting card game.

After class, a crowd gathered on the green lawn. This scene even attracted many professors. Professor McGonagall and Professor Flitwick, who had provided the voices for the cards, were naturally aware of their fun.

Every time the twins appeared in front of Luke, they couldn't help but smile. They had earned a lot of gold Galleons over the past few days.

"I know there's a secret passage leading to Hogsmeade. Let's go to the pub there on our day off to celebrate!" Fred whispered at the dinner table, looking around cautiously.

"But I still have a spell to practice," Ronald said, holding Banban with a conflicted expression.

"You, practicing spells?" George couldn't help laughing.

"Ronald has really been practicing magic lately," Harry quickly stood up to defend his friend.

As a roommate, he often saw Ronald practicing by the window at night, wand in hand. This sight made Harry too embarrassed to fall asleep. Even Ronald was working so hard; he had no excuse not to do the same!

Determined to master spells, Harry aimed to one day defeat Cedric.

"I'm following Luke," Hermione said nonchalantly.

"I do know of a good place," Luke chuckled, watching the owls flying in through the window. The hot pot ingredients he had purchased had arrived. It had cost a lot to get them.

"A good place?" Fred and George exchanged looks. Was there something about Hogwarts they didn't know?

"At midnight, meet me in front of the troll portrait on the eighth floor," Luke said, taking a sip of black tea.

The eighth floor? That was where the Gryffindor common room was. While Harry and Ronald might not know about the troll portrait, Fred and George did. After all, they had spent years at Hogwarts.

Curious and confused, Luke and Hermione bid them farewell. They had Snape's potions class and couldn't be late. Snape had been in a foul mood recently, and no one wanted to get in trouble, not even Harry and Ronald.

That night, on the eighth floor of Hogwarts, in front of the troll portrait, Harry held an oil lamp, looking around suspiciously. Fred was there too.

"Where's Luke?" Ronald grumbled, wrapping his robe tightly. "Could he have made a mistake? There's no passage here."

Even though it was summer, it was still cold at Hogwarts that night.

"This way," Luke suddenly appeared from a smooth wall, causing Fred and George's eyes to widen.

"A room for gatherings," Luke mused. He walked three times in front of the troll, and soon a door opened in the wall.

"My Merlin, how did you discover this secret?" George exclaimed.

"By chance," Luke shrugged.

"I don't believe that..." Fred rolled his eyes.
