"Alex, hear me out! I'm not lying. Whatever she is saying is a lie. I didn't do anything. Do you think I can commit a crime of killing a person?" she said, running toward the duke while trying to stop him.
"I don't know, princess, what you can do and what you can't. But right now, I have evidence that you have committed a crime. I have proper evidence that the maid said she clearly delivered the letter to the duchess, which was meant for you, so the investigation needs to be started," Duke said while walking.
"And how could you believe that when you didn't read the letter yourself? You didn't see what was written there, nor did I. Then how could you be so sure I have committed the crime?" she said.
