Chapter 2
Sighing dejectedly, he walked across the street to buy food at a local stall.
'Shawarmas are still god tier in this world.'
He took a leisure paced walk across the park afterwards.
He now needed to decide what to do since he was already here.
The Marvel Universe is not a nice place.
If anything is the opposite.
Not even just considering the Villains.
Constant wars are still a thing here.
There's a reason why Stark Industries, Oscorp, Pym Industries and Hammer Industries are some of the richest companies in this world and they're all related to the Military in one way or another.
Entering the military industry? Difficult.
Biotech? He was too dumb for that.
Did he had to do IT all over again?
After coming back to the aparment, he entered his room, which only had a desk for his computer and the bed in terms of furniture.
His mom didn't change this since he left.
Something that brightened him up was that there were a lot of posters on the walls.
"Ugh!" He exclaimed out loud as he noticed the Robert Downey Jr poster on the wall atop his bed.
Tasteless.
'The previous body owner could have at least choosen one of Black Widow or Kate Bishop.' He couldn't help but shake his head as he thought.
If it was his previous 18 year old self he would have at least gotten a beautiful girl poster before one of Robert Downey Jr.
He sat and started reading aimlessly an old novel, Eric couldn't help but think about his future choices.
Unlike other transmigators, he wasn't given anything convenient like a cheat.
He even tried out weird poses to see if he'll suddenly shoot out spider webs from his hands or a Stand would form behind him.
(Favorite Jojo Pose?)
But that didn't seem to be the case.
The only thing he managed to accomplish was getting some weird stares from the blonde girl living across his building and his cat to look at him like he lost his mind.
The original owner of this body, aspired to become a semi-successful developer and earn enough money to live a peaceful and convenient life.
For him, it sounded like a plan, but he needed to start things with preparations.
Get enough money to not worry about anything anymore.
Beat up a baby Panda or two in your spare time to follow his predecessor's dream.
He could still work on his dream, but his future would be a lot harder as he didn't really knew the industry in this world.
Not being able to come to a conclusion, he decided to try to play some of the games online.
He quickly got into Steam and bought a game.
It was about an orphan as the protagonist who was looking for a way to beat the Dark Lord with the power of music.
The story is about a naive protagonist becoming a gladiator after he becomes a slave and his whole family gets murdered.
He soon gets betrayed by his friend and barely managed to escaped through the sewers.
The plot goes on to tell how his family's death and the oppression of the dark lord changes the Protagonists personality.
Pretty good story.
He didn't even mind the music part.
"..."
"Song of Victory!"
With a small smile forming on his face, he grinned.
'So "Free-to-Play" games haven't appeared yet?'
His entrepreneur instinct told him this was a big chance.
Introduce Loot Boxes to the Marvel Universe?
As he was about to start to investigate the game engines in this world, his head suddenly felt light for a second as he relaxed back on his chair.
His head didn't hurt, it just suddenly felt light.
A couple of seconds later, he regained his bearings.
Eric was already feeling alright, but the reason why he didn't to start working was due to the shock he was currently feeling.
A blue translucent light was hovering above the right edge of his desk.
it was just a light blue rectangular shape.
After a second it abruptly disappeared.
A light blue rectangular box appeared in front of his face.
...
Creation is hard, cheer me up!
