Eclipse almost cringe at the almost familiar worldline setting and he didn't know whether to laugh or cry about it.
'It feels like… one of those cliché hidden background characters that I mostly encountered during my missions from the other worldlines.'
And now, is he subjected to this kind of role?
As much as he wanted to think about it, Eclipse doesn't want to focus on this matter for now and he had more pressing matters that he needs to attend for a moment.
As he thought about that "pitiful" servant from earlier, Eclipse couldn't help but frowned at the moment because he didn't expect that he would meet [that person] within this household much earlier that he expected.

After observing his appearance through the mirror for a moment, he diverted his attention away from the mirror, as he didn't want to be reminded of his deceased mother.
Even though the millennium years had passed from his world-hopping journey, he might meet different maternal figures, good and evil ones, Eclipse would still prefer his biological mother from this world.

Eclipse might have forsaken his identity, be he wouldn't have forsaken his dear mother, who was with him and stayed by his side until her last breath.

He felt empty when his system guide wasn't on his side anymore, but he remembered something from Raven, one of the Higher Councils of the Dimensional Department and his superior, told him that he would just place here temporarily, so he didn't dwell that much about it.
