Yu Qingyu stared at his boyfriend, who threw himself into the circle, and pinned Pi Enshu against the floor. At first, a relieved smile appeared on his face…
But then, he realized something. Liu Wei… was a ghost. Just like Pi Enshu, being inside an active exorcism circle, he burst into blue flames. Just like her, he was struggling and suffering. And just like her… his ghostly form was being destroyed, and his soul was on the verge of being exterminated.
"Liu Wei, don't! Get out of there!" he called out in panic.
But Liu Wei either didn't hear, or simply didn't listen. He pressed Pi Enshu even harder, using all of his strength, trying to keep her immobile.
