"Wei'er," Yu Qingyu called softly, entering the tent.
Liu Wei was sitting on the bed, covered up in blankets. If it wasn't for his pale skin, no one would be able to tell that he was in any way unwell. When he heard Yu Qingyu enter, he turned his head, smiling at the man warmly.
"Qingyu. I almost thought you wouldn't come."
Yu Qingyu bit on his lip. "Well, I mean, you see… With the blood, I was worried…"
Liu Wei let out a soft chuckle. "Calm down, I'm not blaming you, okay? I wouldn't want you to expose yourself," he consoled. "Come here, don't stand so far away."
"Mn." Feeling relieved, Yu Qingyu finally walked over, taking a seat right by the bed. "How are you feeling?"
"Eh, not bad," Liu Wei shrugged his shoulders. This movement, however, ended up causing him pain. Although he tried to hide it, he still couldn't stop himself from squinting his eyes instinctively.
Yu Qingyu instantly leaned closer, full of worry. "Wei'er!"
