It was hard to discern any of his emotions, even for Yu Qingyu, who had been so close to him for so long. He didn't seem sad or angry, but he didn't appear to be unaffected by it either…

Letting out a quiet sigh, he reached out for Liu Wei's hand. "I don't mind the scars," he said reassuringly.
