In the Great Continent of Eshengaea, a land of great warriors, leaders, and magicians, the land has stand for as long as it has thanks to the gods that reside over it. The gods, great and powerful being, each one of them filled wisdom beyond the that of normal man, the gods promised the humans and other creatures of Eshengaea that they will give them power, wisdom, technology, and a life after death, all the humans needed to do is worship them. Many of the people residing in the land viewed the gods with different lenses, some believe that it was the gods that created the lands for their pleasure, others couldn't care less. Believing the gods to be nothing, but a fairytale, while a select few believe that the gods are an invasive species that have made these lands their home, although this opinion is usually kept more quiet. Each nation benefited from the gods, but the one that reigned as the uncrowned ruler of the lands, is the Kingdom of Techuranios. The Kingdom of Techuranios was the kingdom that not only had the most gods to support them, but were able to get the three most powerful gods to support them, Lux, god of Light, Cos'sage, god of wisdom, and Terra, goddess of nature, for the gods found great delight in the devotion of the Kingdom and it's people. But even though Techuranios was the most influential Kingdom in the land their were still many other kingdoms composed of humans, elves, dwarves and rheas. Each one serving one distinct god, of the three, or multitude of lesser gods that fit with their ideals. The only enemy that was seen as a viable threat to the gods and the Kingdom of Techuranios were the forces of Chaos, led by the great Ruler Heole, a god who seeks nothing, but death through war to cause chaos, so that those who are affected by war may put up arms for the sake of vengeance. A demon who even makes Lux the king of the gods think twice to actually facing him in an armed combat, but Heole, for now has been laid dormant not wanting a war of the gods as he sees no need for it, so the gods were not given reason to strike back as well, with only a few always staying prepared just in case the need ever arrived, but the destruction of what these gods have built would not come by the might of Chaos, but by the words of a young man limping into the Kingdom of Techuranios.
