"Oh, alright. But make sure you watch it burn completely. We don't want any embers igniting Roaring Mountain," Kubo advised, pointing towards the teaching building before he headed into an office, remarking, "I need to get something."
A few minutes later, the vine plant reduced to ashes.
Kubo emerged from his office, now donning a badge on his chest.
Bairon took a closer look, realizing it was Kubo's teaching identification.
"Come, let's retrieve the materials," Kubo beckoned.
Bairon, having taken two hours to reach the back mountain's teaching building from the magus academy - even considering the detours, felt the journey, halved to an hour, would be challenging for a man in his seventies.
