Boom!!!
The power of the Fire Knife depends on the strength Zach pours into it. One hundred strikes in a single second, combined with nearly ten thousand combo effects, unleash an explosion of power.
A towering pillar of flame shot up into the sky, directly reaching the top of the cave. The flames erupted, engulfing the area like water flowing backward. The intense light from the flames illuminated Zach's side profile, casting a sharp contrast against the dimly lit BOSS room, which had only been illuminated by the faint glow of gemstones. Now, the room was dozens of times brighter.
Spike?!
Qin Lu snapped out of her daze, wide-eyed. She knew Zach was powerful, but this was absurd, almost beyond belief! A boss of such immense power was killed in a single blow? And he made it look effortless!
Qin Lu couldn't even fathom what would happen if Zach truly got serious. She had expected to learn more about him after seeing his abilities in action, but instead, he became even more mysterious.
[Successfully killed the red dragon! Congratulations to the host for getting 1000 killing points!]
Is it really a thousand killing points?
The red dragon had the same strength as the five-headed dragon, but Zach could feel that he was getting closer to understanding the world's deeper secrets.
The subtle body movements of the white dragon and purple dragon revealed their shock at the red dragon's sudden demise.
The white dragon, now fully engaged, could not afford to be distracted; any mistake would risk breaking the fragile balance with the five-headed dragon. As for the purple dragon? Clearly still stunned, it hadn't reacted yet.
Seizing the moment, Zach began extracting.
[Extracting...]
[Extraction successful! Congratulations to the host for obtaining the skill Plastic Fire, spell strength +100, speed attribute +70, strength attribute +50, defense attribute +50!]
[Congratulations to the host for obtaining the Plastic Fire skill, which is automatically upgraded to SSS-level Plastic Fire!]
[Calling...]
[Successful summoning! Congratulations to the host for obtaining the Red Dragon Red Emperor!]
"Red Emperor? This name sounds far more impressive than 'Red Dragon Man.'"
Zach muttered to himself, but the next second, Qin Lu's voice cut through his thoughts: "Be careful!"
She turned anxiously between Zach and the purple dragon. The latter was wielding a massive double-edged axe, preparing to strike Zach, and the distance between them was perilously short.
Qin Lu felt that there was no way Zach could dodge in time.
She didn't believe Zach had underestimated the enemy, but she feared that the power from his earlier attack had exhausted him.
The dragon people were using their numbers to their advantage and taking full advantage of the opportunity to launch a sneak attack. It was dishonorable, and Qin Lu couldn't help but feel disgusted by Zidi's tactics.
But the next moment...
Boom!
The sound of the axe slamming into the ground came first, followed by a thick cloud of smoke, obscuring the wide blade of the weapon.
"Could he have been smashed into a pulp?" Qin Lu felt a cold wave of dread.
"Don't worry, I'm still alive and well," Zach's voice echoed from beside her ear.
"Mr. Chen, you're not dead!" Qin Lu was astonished.
"How could such a slow attack hurt me?"
Zach wasn't exaggerating. With his SSS-level danger perception, SSS-level slow vision, and SSS-level infinite teleportation, even if Zidi had been given another second, he couldn't have touched a single strand of Zach's hair.
Slow as a turtle...
Qin Lu didn't know how to react. It was impossible for her to comprehend this speed.
But for Zach? It was just another day.
She lowered her gaze and saw Zach's shadow stretching and expanding. The Red Emperor emerged from it, making both Qin Lu and the other dragons take a step back in surprise.
The Red Emperor knelt on one knee, pressing its right hand to its left chest.
"Now, it's two vs. two. It's fair," Zach said with a smile, directing his attention to Zidi.
He then issued an order to the Red Emperor, "That one's yours to deal with."
The Red Emperor didn't respond with words but moved immediately. It took a few steps forward, raised its sharp dragon claws, and released a stream of white flames, which gathered silently into a large pool of fire.
From this pool, a massive dragon emerged, its entire body aflame with white fire. Despite the absence of wind, the fire seemed to churn with a fierce energy.
The scene was chaotic but unmistakably terrifying.
The dragon let out a mighty roar, spread its wings, and charged straight at Zidi, who hadn't yet reacted.
Boom!
The dragon's claws caught hold of Zidi's wings, dragging it closer. Its mouth opened wide, releasing flames that washed over Zidi's body.
The fire roared as it engulfed Zidi.
Zidi tried to resist, swinging its massive axe, but it lacked the strength to fight back.
In a last-ditch effort, Zidi transformed into its dragon form.
The transformation nearly doubled its size, making the battle even more intense.
Boom! Boom!
The two dragons locked their jaws in a fiery struggle. The mixed flames of chaotic white and purple filled the air, creating an almost unnatural scene.
The Red Emperor, undeterred, also transformed into a dragon and took to the sky. The roar of its dragon's cry shook the earth, while it soared through the air, positioning itself for another attack.
With a swift movement, the Red Emperor sank its fangs into Zidi's neck, injecting fire poison.
Zidi writhed in agony, trying to escape. But with only one functional wing remaining, it was unable to support its massive body and couldn't get enough height to break free.
A chunk of flesh was torn away, burned by the fire poison.
Zidi's strength faltered as the poison spread, weakening its resolve.
The final blow came when the Red Emperor drove its dragon wing through Zidi's body, cutting through several meters of its flesh.
Boom!
The sound echoed, and Zidi crumpled to the ground.
Then, together with the Yanlong, the Red Emperor unleashed a final dragon flame, burning the remnants of Zidi's body, feeding the fire poison until it consumed everything.
Zidi had fallen.
Qin Lu stood frozen, witnessing a battle beyond mortal comprehension. The clash of dragons, the battle between gods, was something she could never hope to intervene in. She felt as though even a barrage of bullets would barely scratch the surface of such power.
Another mournful dragon's cry echoed through the battlefield, as smoke and dust filled the air, and the earth trembled from the force of the battle.
Qin Lu finally realized: this was the fight of gods. As a mere mortal, there was nothing she could do but watch in awe.
