As the door slammed shut, sealing the group inside the eerie chamber, panic and fear gripped the hearts of the criminals and outcasts. Their minds raced with thoughts of escape, but the chamber seemed to have no other exit, trapping them with the mysterious eggs.
"What the hell is going on? How do we get out of here?" one of them shouted, his voice tinged with desperation.
"I don't know, but we need to stay calm," the leader replied, trying to maintain some semblance of control.
The eerie mist in the chamber seemed to thicken, adding to the sense of foreboding that hung in the air. Their torchlight flickered, casting dancing shadows on the walls, and the eerie blue glow from the symbols created an otherworldly atmosphere.
"Look around. There must be a way out of here," the leader ordered.
As the group frantically searched for an escape route, but it was a pointless effort.
Then their eyes fell once again on the strange, eggs at the center of the chamber. There were ten of them. They seemed to pulsate with an eerie rhythm, their slimy surface reflecting the eerie blue glow of the symbols on the walls.
Unease spread through the group as they cautiously approached the mysterious eggs. Each step seemed to echo ominously in the chamber, and the air felt charged with an otherworldly energy. The leader extended a trembling hand toward one of the eggs, curiosity and apprehension battling within him.
"Careful, boss! Those things don't look right," one of the goons warned.
He reached out to touch the egg, the surface of the slimy shell seemed to twitch, as if reacting to his presence. The rest of the group stepped back, their hearts pounding, and their eyes darting nervously between the eggs.
Suddenly, the top of the egg opened. The leader stepped forward and looked into it. He saw a thin layer of white skin and slime and something was moving inside it.
In that moment of terror and curiosity, a creature burst forth from the egg with lightning speed. The thin layer of white skin inside the egg suddenly burst open, revealing a grotesque creature inside. It was a nightmarish sight—a small, insect-like creature with a long tail and a face that resembled a monstrous fusion of spider and wasp.
Before anyone could react, the creature shot out of the egg with incredible speed, lunging at the leader's face. It happened so fast that the others barely had time to register what was unfolding before their eyes.
He let out a blood-curdling scream as the nightmarish creature, known as a facehugger, latched onto his face, its tail coiling around his neck and legs around his head. Panic and terror spread through the group as they witnessed the horrifying sight.
"Get it off! Get it off me!" the leader yelled, desperately trying to pry the creature from his face.
The others hesitated, unsure of how to help their leader without risking their own safety.
"We have to do something!" one of the goons exclaimed, his voice shaking.
But before they could react, another facehugger burst from a different egg, targeting one of the group members. The chaotic scene unfolded as the chamber echoed with screams of terror and agony.
In a desperate bid to escape, the remaining members of the group started shooting as the creatures began to pop up from the remaining eggs.
The sound of gunshots echoed through the chamber as the criminals and outcasts desperately fired their weapons at the facehuggers. The creatures screeched in response, their movements erratic and unpredictable, making them difficult targets to hit.
"We need to get out of here!" one of the goons shouted, his heart pounding in his chest.
"But the door's closed! We're trapped!" another yelled in panic.
The leader, still struggling to free himself from the facehugger's grip, gasped for breath as the creature's tail tightened around his neck. He fumbled for his weapon and fired at the facehugger attached to his face, hoping to dislodge it.
But little did he know that these nightmarish creatures, once attached to their target, are impossible to remove. And forcefully pulling them caused its tail to grip on the target's neck harder and slicing it off or shooting it would cause the acid under its skin to burst forth.
"ARGGGG!" He screamed.
The leader's agonizing screams echoed through the chamber as the acid from the facehugger's body burned through his flesh, causing excruciating pain. The group watched in horror as his struggles only seemed to worsen his condition, the acid continuing to eat away at his face and neck.
But no one cared. They were too busy saving their own asses.
After a few minutes of struggles, they managed to kill six facehuggers, but the remaining four are latched onto their targets.
"What in the fucking world are these creeps?" The burly goon yelled, watching his teammates lying on the floor with those spider-like creatures latched onto their faces.
The situation was dire, and the group's panic only escalated as they witnessed the horrifying fate of their companions. The facehuggers clung to their victims' faces with a vice-like grip, their tails coiling tightly around their necks.
"We need to get them off! We can't just leave them like this!" one of the goons cried out, his voice trembling.
"Fuck them. I told you all... I told you we should turn back. Now, look at us," one of them yelled.
The rest of the group exchanged glances as their leader and the other victim lay motionless on the floor. The facehuggers' acid eating away their leader's face and he isn't even moving anymore.
"Fuck this shit. I'm getting the hell out of here," another one of them said, grabbing his rifle.
He quickly ran to the door, pushing it open with his shoulder, but it didn't budge. In a rage, he took out a grenade.
"Let's burst our way out of here. I'm sick of this place," he yelled.
The survivors nodded, agreeing with his idea.
He pulled the pin from the grenade and threw it at the door.
[Booom!]
The explosion created a hole large enough for the group to escape.
They ran through the ruined door and into the corridor, laughing as they left the chamber behind. Their faces were lit up with a sense of triumph as they stepped into the corridor.
"Man, that was close. We almost didn't make it out of there," one of the goons exclaimed.
"Yeah, but we did. That's all that matters. Now, let's get the hell out of here," another said, anxious to leave the ruins.
"Look, I can see light up ahead. Maybe there's a way out of this place," a third chimed in.
They eagerly ran toward the light, their spirits lifted by the hope of escape.
But as they reached the end of the corridor, they saw something that filled them with dread and fear. A vast area filled with countless eggs, just like the one they had encountered earlier. The eerie blue glow from the symbols illuminated the chamber, casting a haunting light over the scene.
"Shit, are these more of those damn eggs?" one of them whispered, his voice trembling.
"It looks like it. We need to get out of here, now!" another urged, fear written all over his face.
But it was too late. The eerie mist in the chamber seemed to thicken, and the eggs began to react to their presence. They pulsed and quivered, as if aware of their intruders.
"Back away, slowly. Maybe they won't attack if we don't get too close," the burly one said as he slowly stepped back.
Soon, they backed down to a safe distance.
"Hey, look," one of them pointed at the door across the egg chamber.
Beyond the egg chamber, they saw a door that seemed different from the others they had encountered. It was larger and adorned with intricate markings, similar to the ones they had seen in the central control room. The eerie blue glow seemed to emanate from the door, drawing their attention to it.
"Do you think that door leads to the way out?" one of the goons asked, his voice filled with hope.
"Could be. Let's head that way and hope for the best," the burly one replied, eyeing the door cautiously.
"You kidding me? How the fuck are we gonna pass these fucking monster eggs?"
"We will ju..."
"Hey, guys..." A familiar voice came from their rear.
Everyone jumped up in shock and was about to shoot but stopped.
"Fuck! Paul... We thought you were dead. What happened to that creep?" the burly one asked.
"It died on its own, but I don't feel so great... My chest hurts like hell..." Paul replied as he grabbed his chest and slumped down on the floor.
