Pretty was knocked down by an incoming vehicle as she crossed the street absent mindly.
She was already laying in a pool of her own blood before an ambulance van arrived and took her to a hospital.
"So this is how it ends huh, First mom and dad, now it's my turn", She said coughing out blood.
"At least I'll be with them forever now, Goodbye Josey, Goodbye cruel world", She said as she took her last breath and closed her eyes.
She was dead already as some nurses checked her pulse and couldn't feel anything. Then they covered her up with a white cloth.
In a white space far from reality a young girl is seen. She had long blonde hair and green eyes. It was Pretty but she looked different.
"Is this heaven", She asked as she floated around the space. Then she looked down and saw a small pool of water. As she looked at it, she gasped.
"Is this my heavenly form or what", She asked. Then she began to hear voices.
"Your doing well, all I need you to do is *push*", a female voice yelled.
"Aah", another woman yelled in pains.
"What is happening", Pretty said before a portal appeared and sucked her in.
When She opened her eyes, she saw a different scene entirely. She was in a crib, she had little legs and a little body. Her limbs felt heavy which made it to difficult to stand or move freely.
'Where am I', She thought as she involuntarily cried. Some seconds later a woman with dark brown hair and green eyes came into the room and carried her.
"Don't cry, mommie's here for you and will never go away", The woman said consoling her. Pretty was awestruck, because of her lack of dentition she wasn't able to express herself with words only with weird sounds.
'Is this for real or it's a dream', She thought as she squeezed her mother's shirt. Suddenly a man who had blonde hair and golden eyes walked into the room.
"Elena, darling", The man said before kissing the woman on her cheek.
"And who is this beautiful angel I see", The man said smiling.
"It's our daughter, Fredrick ", Elena replied.
"So have you decided on a name yet", Fredrick asked.
"Not really, I was thinking you would", Elena said.
"As a matter of fact I do", Fredrick said carrying the little baby.
"From now on my sweet little angel you are going to be known as Alisa Ramona Aston", Fredrick said smiling.
"Hmmm, not bad", Elena said chuckling before she hugged both of them.
The little Alisa(Pretty) who was caught up in the moment was overwhelmed with so much joy that she slept.

Alisa was a year old when she was already able to walk around, speak which she did very well. She was the daughter of a renowed family. The Astons. They were known for their distinct trait. Their wavy long blonde hair. Alisa was able to read perfectly so she spent a lot of her time at her parents library. When she noticed that they were coming, she quickly put the book on the ground and walked towards them.
"Alisa, how many times have I told you not to play in the library", Elena said picking her up and cuddling her.
"But I wanted to read", Alisa said.
"That's why we kept books for kids in your room sweetheart", Elena said.
"Ok mom", Alisa said reluctantly.
"That's my girl, it's dinner time let's go eat", Elena said as she walked to the kitchen.
When Alisa was three, she had already read all the many books in the library.
Mostly about the history of her new world and it's inhabitants. But there was one thing that caught her off guard completely one day. As she walked down the stairs, she tripped and fell, spraining her ankle. She then let out a loud cry. In less than seconds her mom came to her aid and lifted Alisa, carrying her to the kitchen. Then Elena placed Alisa on a chair.
'What is she up to', Alisa thought as she saw her mother closing her eyes and saying some words.
"Water manipulation_Relieve", Elena said as a blue light hovered over Alisa's ankle and wrapped it. After a few seconds the light disappeared and Alisa's ankle was healed.
"Nothing a little magic can't fix", Elena said as she carried Alisa outside.
" Play safe sweetie, love you", Elena said as she walked back into the house. Alisa was completely awestruck.
"What just happened, I saw magic with my own eyes", Alisa said in amazement.
As She walked, She found her dad training on the lawn as usual with his sword, but this time she saw the sword giving off a bright green light.
"Wind manipulation_wind strike", Fredrick said as he swung his sword. A strong wave followed and chopped off a tree. Alisa was speechless, she didn't know what to say.
From that day she began to read all she could find about magic. She read all the books about magic but there was none about how to cast spells or spells that can be cast only the various ways it can be used.
"Magic can be used in close combat and for other purposes when mastered. Why isn't there anything on spell casting", She said looking through a book.
"So much for learning magic", She said in disappointment. During one of her adventures around the house, she walked into the attic. She saw something that caught her attention, some boxes labelled 'For Elena'. Alisa let curiousity get the best of her and she opened one of the boxes. She was happy at what she found. Notebooks and diaries about beginner level magic and even a spellbook for beginner level magic. She didn't wait after as seeing this and opened the other two boxes. Again she found notebooks, diaries and spellbooks for intermediate and advance level magic.
"I think I'll be in here for a long while", Alisa smiled. So from that day Alisa began to learn about casting spells from the notebooks and diaries in order to have knowledge on what she's casting. When she was done reading all the notebooks and diaries on beginner level magic, she saw a page written in a weird language which she surprisingly knew how to read.
"Finding your affinity", Alisa read the words.
"Hmmm, maybe it's a spell for activating my magic powers", Alisa said as she read through the page.
"Okay, there are implications. I would need to perform this spell outside", Alisa said in a worried tone knowing her parents might see her.
"I'll still do it", She said walking out of the basement to her room. She wore her robe which was made by her mother.
"If I didn't know better, I would have said mom was preparing for this day", Alisa chuckled. She held the notebook inside the robe and went outside.
"Mom, I'm going outside to play with my sticks", Alisa yelled before going outside.
"Okay honey", Elena replied.
Alisa walked into a discreet area in the forest and began to prepare for the activation of her powers.
"Ok, let's begin", Alisa said as she began to read the unknown language.
~The celestial bodies and the people all gather for the blossoming of a new flower.

After reading that aloud closing her eyes, Alisa felt as a light current of wind brushed against her skin. Then she opened her eyes and found a crystal orb suspended in mid air. It was radiating two lights which were green and blue.
She quickly read through the book and found out she had been given the wind and water affinity.
"Wow, wait till I tell mom and dad", Alisa said happily running towards her house, then suddenly she paused.
"What am I thinking, they'll probably freak out, so let's lay low for a while", Alisa said as she carried on with her normal routine of playing with sticks.
It had been a week since Alisa awakened her affinity for both wind and water that she had fully mastered the beginner level magic of both elements.
"This is the last spell for beginner level magic so let's begin", She held out her hand to a wounded puppy with white fur as they were in the forest.
"Water manipulation_Refreshing spring", She said a stream of water formed and covered the injured spot on the puppy. Alisa close her eyes so she could concentrate and after a while she opened them and saw that the injured puppy was now healed. It ran over to where she was and began to lick her.
"Ok, ok your welcome", She said as she walked out of the forest.
Then suddenly something caught her attention. A group of bandits were getting away with their looted items.
"Help, someone please help me", a lady cried out.
"I don't think they're getting away that easily", Alisa smirked.
"Water manipulation_Cold streams", Alisa whispered as a stream of water went straight to the bandits...
