"Damon..." A feminine voice called out his name, making him turn around.
He immediately recognized her as Jules's sister or stepsister. But he guessed titles did not matter as long as they treated each other as family.
"Kaely," He immediately greeted her as he moved closer to where she stood with a few other guests.
It appeared he did not need to introduce her to the group of people surrounding her since she already knew them. But then again, he remembered that, unlike his wife, she was the more fashionable one amongst the two.
Of course, his wife did not have a problem socializing with the crowd. However, she never craved the extra attention of being in the center of the spotlight.
"Thanks again for inviting us, my new big bro." Kaely casually said, with a little bit of teasing.
Somehow, the few hours he had spent talking to her the other day had formed a connection between them. He finally understood why Jules loved her sister.
