"But I am glad you made time for me. I know you are a very busy man. But I truly need to talk to you." She continued while maintaining good eye contact with her host.
She guessed having a well-known and connected surname really did have its perks. Under her maiden name, she knew she would not have even passed the reception area.
But now, she was sitting on the top floor and meeting with the head of the company, even without a prior appointment but just a short notice.
