Damon just received a phone call after talking to Chantal and before coming to face his wife. So far, the report's initial findings indicated that someone might have tampered with the results of the previous investigation.
Although that was just the preliminaries, his investigator assured him it was accurate. The detective was still digging deeper into the case to gather more proof.
"And if you finish with this one, I want you to find whoever was behind ruining my wife's reputation." He ordered before he ended the call.
He opened the files sent to him by the detective and checked for himself what he had learned about Jules Morgan.
