Her eyes scanned the room, glad to see the numerous people buzzing around this early morning. She had never seen this house come alive like this ever since she had stayed and made this her home.
But today, it was sizzling with excitement as they gathered to prepare for the Christmas celebration. It was the first time she would host a party in her home. Of course, she was both anxious and exhilarated.
"Do we need this many balloons?" Jules asked when she saw what was on the list.
She wanted a small, intimate party for their family and friends. But as the preparation continued, the list had somehow blown up.
What started as close family and friends had extended to family ties and friends of friends. Now, her guest list had reached the hundreds.
"Don't worry about the decorations. We already have it covered." Kaely and Carla had taken charge of that.
