It was insanity.
He must have gone mad.
But he never felt more alive and rational in his entire life. He could not explain it, but it felt like this was the most sound decision he had ever made.
He might be out of his comfort zone, but he was ok with it as he knelt before her and stared into her eyes. Finally, he was not afraid to admit to himself and the whole world what he felt about her.
"No!" She uttered in shock and confusion. But he understood her reaction. He might have done the same if he was in her situation.
"Yes, I love you, Thalia. It must sound like something that I would say to get into your pants, but it is what I feel about you." Well, the frown on his mother's face told him that she did not like his choice of words.
