"Mmm!" A painful sigh escaped her lips as she felt a throbbing pain expanding inside her skull.
She could not tell whether she had banged her head on a wall or slipped on the floor. But it sure looked like she had been in an accident as she sensed the pain radiating from her head and down all over her body.
"Wait! What happened?" She silently asked as she realized that something did not seem right. So far, she had no clue, still feeling confused and disoriented.
More than that, she felt stiff, as if something inhibited her movement. Essentially, every muscle in her body seemed to scream her growing discomfort.
Suddenly, she wondered, "Did she fall asleep?" She asked herself as her awareness returned while the fog in her brain slowly dissipated.
However, the pain did not seem to lighten up. Even her teary eyes hurt as she forced it open. But to her surprise, darkness enveloped everything around her when she finally had the chance to look around.
