"Here we are." He announced as soon as they stepped out of the door and into the cold night breeze. "Do you like it?" He politely asked, thinking it was a good conversation starter.

Truthfully, he was disinterested in seeing the garden, especially in gazing at ornamental plants and flowers. He was not particularly fascinated with stationary objects or beautiful and colorful things. He found it unamusing and boring.

He had always preferred the ocean with its constantly shifting water and vibrant and lively sea creatures swimming around. He liked the challenge of overcoming the turbulent and rough waves and the thrill of catching a dangerous, gigantic fish once in a while.

"Yeah! I guess." Patricia uncaringly responded, lacking the enthusiasm he expected from her or with women in general.

Then, a large puff of air escaped her lips, followed by a sigh. Undoubtedly, she was disinterested, which she had no plan to hide.
