He was ready to go home after several more drinks. He had accomplished what he came to do. So, he believed it was time to leave.

Unlike his friend, Travis, he had outgrown hanging out in bars, drinking, and picking up girls long ago. At this moment, he thought he had better things to do with his time than wasting it by getting drunk or with random girls.

"I think I have enough." Damon pushed his empty glass on the counter, ready to walk hurriedly out of that place. 

Truthfully, if not for his friend and their business transaction, he would not have bothered stopping by. He would have preferred to go straight home.

But admittedly, it had been a while since he had hung out with his friend. He still somewhat felt guilty for leaving his friend high and dry since he had gotten married.
