"What?" Jules acted dumb, wiping the grin off her face, pretending she did not know what her friend was saying.
But, of course, she felt her face heating up while her heart raced inside her chest. She could already tell her cheeks must be as ripe as a tomato.
"Damn, girl..." Thalia giggled and laughed as she watched her. "You had sex with him. Didn't you?" Her friend gazed at her like a laboratory specimen, studying her under a microscope.
