If they would act as real husband and wife, they must do it right. She could not feel awkward or uneasy around him, as if she was about to jump or snap when he was around.
She had to get the nerve out of the way. She must learn to trust him and herself that they have made the right decision.

It was as if he was proposing before her as he held her fingers tightly between his. Then, he lifted his face to stare at her eyes.
