It was just after lunch when Princess Zaria felt a bit stronger. She still had a headache but she could manage. Daisy and all the maids did not think she was strong enough to ride her beloved mare but seeing how happy and comfortable she was on it put them at ease. After circling the palace grounds a few times, no one was really watching her like a hawk as they did before. That's when she headed towards the palace gates.
The guards bowed low when they saw their queen riding towards them.
"Your Highness. We are honoured by your presence," the head of the guards was the first to snap out of the spell. They heard all about their queen but seeing her in person was incredible. They did not believe the maids when they told them that their queen was more beautiful in person than the portraits her they hug in the palace until that moment.
Princess Zaria smiled at them. She was strangely used to people staring at her like that when they met her for the first time.
