Su Yen appeared on a stage with a fuzzy head. He had just passed through a chaotic spatial gate and was trying to recover from the not-so-pleasant journey.
Just as he was trying to recover from the spatial lag, he heard a deep voice.
"Ah! Another one has arrived," a deep voice said with a laugh.
Hmm?
Su Yen blinked his eyes twice and then noticed a group of men dressed in ordinary clothes.
He noticed a man in a somewhat better robe than the rest and knew this must be their leader.
"Boss, he's so handsome," a man missing his two front teeth said with a deep grin.
"I can see that," the Boss responded and pointed at him. "Chain him, and let's continue our journey."
Su Yen was stunned for a couple of seconds. 'Where the hell am I?' he thought.
When he arrived, he had noticed he could not summon the spiritual energy in his body. It was like a chain was binding all the spiritual energy in his body from circulating.
