Shaking his head and releasing a deep sigh, Su Yen thought, 'How could I forget that this world knew nothing about Exo-Armor?'
Su Yen looked at the curious and excited people below and said, "Metal Bone Construct."
"Metal Bone Construct!"
Everyone inside the main hall looked at each other, pondering the weird names.
Even though it had a weird name, the power contained in the Metal Bone Construct was undeniable.
Su Jie looked at Su Yen with bright eyes and continued, "Where did you get it?"
Listening to this question, everyone perked up their ears, wanting to know where such a magical object came from.
"I had an enlightenment and I created it by a stroke of luck," Su Yen replied calmly.
He had long prepared for their question and was ready to bluff his way out.
Enlightenment! Luck! Who had that?
This was part of the knowledge from his past life. He was just borrowing it.
As for the audience, they were still dumbfounded by the fact that Su Yen had created such a magical construct.
Enlightenment and a stroke of luck!
Why didn't they have that type of enlightenment and luck?
"Brother, how many of these can you make?" Su Ming asked with slight excitement in his voice.
Their family knew Su Yen had been wise since he was young, but the fact that he was just too lazy gave everyone a headache.
However, when he decided to help the clan, their father didn't think twice and abdicated the clan master position to his lazy youngest son.
This was a joint plot between his father and the rest of the family.
They knew that if Su Yen held the position of the clan master, he wouldn't be able to be lazy anymore, and he would use his wisdom to help out the clan.
Looking at his elder brother, Su Yen smiled lightly.
"This is not a matter of how many I can make... but how many the clan can make," he responded.
"Are you going to share how you created the Metal Bone Construct with the clan?" Su Lan asked with shock written all over her face.
It was not only her who was astounded; everyone was stupefied.
They had expected Su Yen to keep the method of creating such a magical construct to himself.
With the method in hand, Su Yen's power in the clan would reach an unfathomable height.
Moreover, if they chose to sell such a magical construct, they'd make a huge profit.
How could he let go of such a rare opportunity to have the clan in his palm while also making a lot of money?
Looking at the shock on the faces of the people, he could guess what they were thinking and sighed.
'What is the meaning of controlling the clan and earning a lot of money when the world providence is reducing each day?'
'I'm immortal. I need the world's providence to enjoy this life.'
In the past couple of decades, Su Yen had studied the world providence and come to a realization.
The more chaos in the world, the faster the providence reduces.
Therefore, if he didn't stand up at this moment, he was walking on the edge of eternal suffering.
'Status'
[Ding]
[Name: Su Yen]
[Race: Human]
[Talent: Eternal life (Connected to Lotus World Providence)]
[World Providence: Low Tier 1]
'What!' He cried in his heart.
'How can it be low!'
'When did it turn to low?! The last time I checked, it was in the medium Tier 1.'
What does this mean?
It means the world was in more danger than he had imagined, and the Lotus World was on the brink of destruction.
'Shit! I can't let it reach zero!'
His spine was drenched in a cold sweat at the thought of the world providence reaching zero.
He took a deep breath to calm his racing heart and looked down at the people below.
"How many of our men are ready to fight?" He asked.
Thinking for a moment, Su Feng responded.
"One thousand soldiers... The highest of them are in the Body Building realm stage 3."
These were their reserve soldiers, and if they were killed by the beast tide, the Su clan would be over.
Therefore, this was their last chance to defend their land and their lives.
"Aunty Hua," Su Yen called the last supreme elder, who was also his aunt.
"Yes, Su Clan Master," Supreme Elder Su Hua answered.
"Get as much iron ore to the clan as you can. The reserves won't be enough," he commanded.
"Alright!" She nodded and quickly left the hall.
Everyone knew how dire the situation was, and a moment of delay could change everything.
"Sister, I want you to gather all the formation masters in the city," he turned and looked at his sister.
"I'm on it," Su Lan nodded and hurriedly departed.
Quickly, Su Yen issued a series of commands, and the Su Sacred Clan sprang into action.
Every department was working vigorously.
...
Standing atop the towering Cloudweaver city wall, Su Yen's gaze pierced into the distance, capturing the heartbreaking aftermath of the battle with the beasts.
The horizon, once painted in hues of hope, now bled with somber shades of devastation.
The air was thick with the acrid scent of destruction, a chilling testament to the ferocity of the clash that had unfolded.
His heart ached as his eyes surveyed the scene below—a harrowing tableau of chaos and despair.
The once-mighty city was now a battlefield, scarred by the relentless onslaught of the beast tide.
"Clan Master!" Su Jie called, rushing toward him with panic etched all over his face.
"The situation is not looking good," he said, reaching the top of the city wall.
"Tell me," Su Yen inquired.
"The soldiers can't hold on any longer. The beasts are preparing for another attack," he said urgently.
"What should we do?" He asked.
"We wait," Su Yen responded.
"Wait!"
Su Jie rolled his eyes and looked at Su Yen, not knowing how to react.
Just as Su Jie was looking at Su Yen with a sharp gaze, hurried footsteps echoed from the stairs.
"Brother, we are done with the preparations!" Su Ming shouted excitedly as he reached the top of the city wall.
Su Jie's eyes widened in disbelief. How is this possible?
Su Jie wanted to ask the burning question in his heart but chose to remain quiet.
"Good!" A bright smile spread across Su Yen's face.
"Let's see how the beasts fare against my Metal Bone Construct."
