Although Jin struggled in pulling his chains back, he noticed that the Angel seemed to be distracted about something, so he took advantage of this and quickly used his entire strength to pull his chains back to him.
Finally, the chains on his blades were released from the handle of the Angel's Battle-axe before the blades flew back to him.
*Swish!*
Catching both of them in the handle, Jin twirled and spun them around before deciding on one thing.
'I'll definitely change your shape. Chains can be both advantageous and disadvantageous at the same time.' Jin remarked in his mind while gripping on the handles tightly. As of now, he won't be throwing his Blades around lest the same thing will happen like earlier and this time, he might not be able to pull it back again.
Meanwhile, the Angel seemed to have woken up from his deep thoughts and realized that he was distracted and the Blades were taken back from him.
"Despicable!" The Angel spat before spinning the Battle-axe around his limbs before eventually slashing the air in front of him again but this time, as the air slash flew towards Jin in fast speeds, he also followed behind the air slash, taking advantage of the size of the air slash to hide behind it and for it to distract Jin before striking him out.
Jin, who was more prepared by now, noticed the air slash but instead of tilting his body sidewards like he did earlier, he decided to not only block it with his blades but also redirect it up in the sky.
*Fwooossh!*
As he did so, the Angel saw his chance and his battle-axe quickly glowed in the gold hue, seemingly being filled with an incredible amount of power.
"Axe of Justice!" Unfortunately, the Angel never watched animes as the most important thing to do in sneakily attacking your enemy is to never shout the name of your attack as it will only give up the element of surprise.
"How generic." As soon as Jin noticed the surprise attack thanks to the Angel's shout, he heard the name of the attack and felt like the name was generic and mediocre.
Though Jin can't use his blades to block the attack much less tank it with his body like he used to since he could feel the heat of the battle-axe, which indicates that it is imbued with Holy energy, so that's out of the bag.
Thankfully, Jin still has one thing that will save him in this kind of situation.
His Lasers!
*Zooooom!*
With the sound of the laser beams burning across the air, the Angel widened his eyes in surprise. Unfortunately for him, it was too late to dodge or block it with his Battle-axe, so he could only watch as the laser beams penetrate through his golden armor and blow him out of the way.
*BOOOMM!*
Although the laser beams weren't enough to penetrate through the Angel's chest, its sheer force was enough to drag the Angel across the ground, destroying several trees including the ground itself.
"Cough! Cough!"
As the Angel coughed slightly while golden blood slipped from his mouth, he was about to stand up and continue fighting when Jin suddenly swooped in and grabbed him by his neck before throwing him towards the sky, not too far away from Jin.
Stunned, the Angel didn't manage to register another wave of laser beam smashing through his body. Causing him to attain several serious injuries while his entire chest was scorched to the point that everyone around the forest could smell the scent of burning flesh.
"Ah shit, overdoing it stings my eye a little.bit." After stopping his assault, Jin rubbed his eyes in pain while muttering to himself.
He then, flew down towards the ground where the Angel was lying.
He could see that the Angel's entire armor was broken beyond repair. Although he doesn't know what material it was made of, he was surprised that the armor could still maintain its shine despite the middle of the armor having a hole as it grows larger and larger due to the heat leftovers that he inflicted on the armor.
Inside the armor, Jin could see the large scorching skin that produces a smoke that smells something familiar.
"Am I the only one or you smell like fried chicken from McDonalds?" Jin sniffed and recognized the smell.
"Cough! Ho-cough! Dare you! Cough!" Slowly trying to stand up, The Angel heard what he said, although he doesn't know what McDonalds is but when he heard that he smells like fried chicken which is something that he knows, the angel grew angry.
"You're clearly showing the Wrath sin but you aren't falling. This Angel falling from grace system is somehow fucked up or has some errors." Jin muttered to himself. He then noticed that the large scorching skin on the Angel's chest was slowly healing and patching itself up.
"That can't do. I have so many questions to ask you right now." Jin then flexibly twirled his blades around his fingers before stabbing them both on the Angel's two shoulders.
"Gaaaghhh!" The Angel roared in pain while trying to release his Holy energy so he could fend Jin off.
However, Jin already predicted this so he quickly used his Blades of Havoc to absorb the Angel's holy energy so he wouldn't be able to use it.
Unfortunately, the Holy Energy is kind of Jin's nemesis right now, so instead of absorbing it to his body, he expelled it outside in the air through the butt of the blade's handles.
Jin could see small glitters of golden lights coming out of his blade's handles. Although Jin could still feel its scorching heat, it wasn't that much like earlier, so he could endure it like normal.
"Now, either you answer my questions obediently or I'll have to force it out myself!" Jin deepened his voice like a certain bat hero while twisting his blades that are stabbed on his shoulders.
"Guaaaghh! You!!" The Angel roared and growled at him as his eyes carried intense glaring that if looks could kill, Jin would have died several times by now.
However, he remained oblivious to the tension and continued with his 'work'.
"Graaaghh!" Jin continued twisting the blades on the Angel's shoulders, indicating for him to start speaking or else.
"What do you want!" The Angel finally gave up as he realized that it is not worth keeping his secrets especially when he's in this kind of situation.
"Good. If you only spoke sooner, this wouldn't have happened to you." Jin said in satisfaction, referring to the twisted hole on his shoulders that doesn't seem to be healing any moment now, thanks to the Blades absorbing his holy energy and expelling them outside.
"How do you know about me and why are you in their world?" Jin leaned down and matched the Angel's face level.
"It's the search!....A few months.....ago we sensed a disturbance in this world, specifically... a demonic energy. So we quickly gathered up and..... went to scan and... search this world." The Angel said in between ragged breaths, trying to hold his consciousness back lest he pass out due to the pain.
"Then what? Continue!" After the Angel stopped to gather his breathing, Jin wasn't having any of it. He was dying out of curiosity right now and he needed to know.
"We found a corpse of a devil...., so we just simply scanned for a few months...throughout the entire world before eventually deciding to...leave after finding no hints.....However, I decided to stay because my guts tell me so." The Angel's answer seemed ridiculous to Jin. Seriously staying in this world just because of a gut?
"That's it? Then how do you know that I am what you were looking for." Jin asked the next question which was quickly answered by the Angel.
"....Don't ask me. Ask yourself that, your fame and deeds are enough for me to distinguish that you're either related to a devil or you are the devil itself." The pain on the Angel's shoulder slowly subsided which resulted in the Angel sighing relief and being able to answer more clearly without having to stop for a breather.
"There! I answered your questions now take this blade out and get out of my sight!" The Angel then continued with an angry tone, which Jin quickly followed with a disappointed shake of his head.
"You seriously should learn your current situation. If you're in that kind of position, you shouldn't be badmouthing me like that, after all, I am the one who holds the advantage here and your life lies in my palm." Jin whispered while the Angel widened his eyes in realization.
'Seriously? He doesn't even know this kind of thing? It's just common sense!' Jin had an urge to slap his forehead but resisted.
Now, the only thing that is left is making sure that no one would come and disturb him anymore. And what's the best thing to do in this kind of situation?
***
"Aren't you going to stop him? He's about to kill one of your children, look." Back in God's domain, Caulius pointed at mid-air before speaking while looking at God.
"So are humans who kill each other every single day. Death is normal, in fact, she's quite a tender person, you should meet her someday." God responded with a cheery tone while Caulius, who heard what he said, replied.
"I'd rather not." Caulius said while his body is slowly sinking on his chair as if he doesn't want for God to see him.

[I know this might irritate some of you but can I take a day off on Friday and Saturday? Well, maybe not Saturday but just in case...
There's a big event in my school during those two days and it's foundation day and sports fest. It's kind of required to attend and participate, so I might not be able to write chapters during those days.]
