"Sigh." While cleaning off the tables, Po sighed in sadness.
He failed to make a great impression on the Furious Five, not to mention, even the greatest teacher in the entire Kung-Fu, Master Shifu also witnessed his embarrassing side.
His fantasies of showing himself off to his idols all came crashing down.
"Ugh, Po you're stupid! Stupid! Stupid!" Po kept bashing his head on the nearby wall before sighing.
'There's no use crying to it now, it has already happened.' Po finally gave up and surrendered as he gathered all the used bowls and delivered them to the kitchen where his father, Ping was washing the dishes.
"Thank you, Po!" Ping thanked him as he grabbed the remaining dirty dishes however, he caught a glimpse of Po's sad expression.
"What's wrong, Po?" Ping expressed his concerns as he stopped washing the dishes.
"Nothing...It's just that, I wish I could be more than just a...Panda." As he spoke, the room seemed to echo with the weight of his sadness, making Ping remove his apron and approach Po before hugging him.
"You're already more than just a panda, my boy. You're the clumsiest, hungriest, and most lovable noodle stirrer in all of China!" Mr. Ping cheerfully said, trying his best to improve Po's mood.
"And last but not the least....You are my son, Po." Mr. Ping then said as he looked at Po with warm and loving eyes, as despite their difference in race, Mr. Ping still treated Po like his real son.
*Sniff*
"Thanks, dad." Po almost teared up but wanting to be brave like a warrior, Po held it back and hugged his dad.
"I don't mean to eavesdrop but that scene almost made me cry." While the father and son duo were having their moment, a voice suddenly interrupted them.
"Jin?" Remembering Jin's voice, Mr. Ping already guessed their guest.
"Wait, Jin?" When Po heard Mr. Ping's assumption, Po excitedly turned around and he was right, it was indeed Jin who was standing before them.
"I just got back from the Jade Palace. I'm just here for someone." Jin said while scanning the area with his eyes.
Nothing much happened around here except for a sudden influx of more customers. Probably due to the Furious Five and Master Shifu escorting the Dragon Warrior from here, which is him.
"Jin!" Po stumbled a few times before finally reaching him and gave him a bear hug.
"Oof, nice to see you again, big guy." Jin felt himself being lifted from the ground by Po as he patted his back.
"Oh, sorry!" Realizing Jin's dilemma, Po carefully brought him back down on the ground before apologizing while scratching the back of his head.
"It's fine, I actually have good news for you." Jin said with a knowing smile.
"Huh? Are you finally taking me as your student! Can I learn backflip! Oh oh, how about the Flying Dragon Kick, Ka-Pow!" Po jumped in excitement as he did various King-Fu techniques that not only didn't suit him but he also looked weird and funny.
"Haha, not yet Po." Jin's answer removed the excitement on Po as he sadly fidgeted.
"Oh, I see. Sorry."
"However, I have something more than just that. You see, the Furious Five is quite hungry and none of them knows how to cook. So, I decided to invite a certain someone to serve as the Furious Five's chef from now on." Jin said while giving the hint to Po through his eyes.
"....ooohhh! Is that what I think it is!" Po got excited once again as he could finally meet his idols once again and this time, he will make sure to show off.
"Yup, I'm here to invite you as the official chef of the Furious Five! And me, the Dragon Warrior." Jin cheekily said while patting Po's shoulder, which in truth was because Po was about to pass out so he reached out for his shoulder to wake him up.
"You should tell Mr. Ping first, I'll wait here." Jin said before sitting on one of the available benches on the grounds.
Meanwhile, Po went back to his home and from the looks of it, Po was almost kneeling and begging for Mr. Ping to agree.
"But...what about our shop, Po? Didn't you dream of noodles? I thought you wanted this?" Mr. Ping said with a little sadness in his tone.
"I'm sorry, Dad. But I want Kung-Fu! And this is my only ticket to learn Kung-Fu!" Po still tried his best to convince Mr. Ping.
For the next few conversations, Jin could tell that Mr. Ping was a little hesitant however, he finally gave in with a single condition. Which is to always visit Mr. Ping every few weeks or days.
Of course, Po immediately agreed and hugged Mr. Ping. More like he carried him in his arms as Po was simply too big for Mr. Ping to hug.
A few minutes later, Po was already standing in front of him with a large bag in his back.
"I'm ready!" Po excitedly said as Jin nodded his head and gestured Po to follow him, who immediately followed, full of energy and vigor.

In the middle of the night, a cry resounded across the valley.
"Oh no, stairs!"
[A/N: It's all fun and games for Po until he faces the mighty Stairs!]
***
"It's been hours! Where is he! I'm dying of starvation!" Viper complained while chewing on the piece of wood.
"Blegh."
"I'm all out of cookies." Monkey muttered as he flipped the jar, hoping that some cookie will miraculously fall out of the hole.
Meanwhile, Tigress just kept silent, however she couldn't hide her starvation when her stomach made a sound.
*Glurrghh*
*Thud!*
"Did y'all miss me? I brought someone." Opening the sliding door, Jin appeared in a flamboyant manner and directly introduced Po.
"Uh, what's a panda doing here?" Mantis asked.
"He'll be the one cooking for us tonight. Right Po? Po?" Noticing that Po wasn't responding, Jin turned around and saw that Po was on the ground looking at the Furious Five in almost worship.
'Seriously, just how big of a fan he is?' Jin face palmed himself.
***
"This is good! How come I haven't heard of you, Po?"
After waking up Po, he immediately went into cooking and the moment the Furious Five tasted his cook, they started praising and complimenting him.
"Not bad." Tigress complimented in a few simple words while her eyes kept glancing at Jin, who was busy draining the soup off his bowl.
"Thanks. Me and my father are actually quite famous in the Valley of Peace, I have no idea why you haven't heard of us." Po shyly answered while placing down a few noodle bowls.
"They're busy training. Which is why they didn't bother going down to the Valley of Peace to have a break sometimes." After finishing his bowl, Jin grabbed another one and answered Po's question.
"Hey! We train to protect the Valley of Peace. We don't have time for things like that." Viper pouted and rebutted Jin's words.
*Burp!*
"What? I'm correct, aren't I? How about this, after defeating Tai Lung, we go and have some fun, yeah? I'm sure Po here knows some places where we could have fun, right Po?" Jin said after burping.
"Wait, what do you mean defeat, Tai Lung? I thought he was in prison?" Monkey confusedly asked, the same goes to the others except for Jin, so they turned to look at Jin, as if asking for answers.
"Oh, Master Shifu didn't tell you yet?" Jin realized that he had slipped up, however there's no turning back now and besides someone will tell them now.
"How about you tell them now, Master Shifu?" Jin said while raising his head in the ceiling and closing his eyes.
At first, they were confused when Jin suddenly moved his chair, revealing Master Shifu behind him, standing with a tall cane on his hand.
"Master.... Is it true?" Tigress stood and approached Master Shifu before asking for confirmation.
Looking down on the ground, there was a tinge of regret on his face as he answered.
"....Unfortunately, yes. Tai Lung has managed to escape his prison. In a few days, he would arrive at the Valley of Peace, perhaps even sooner!" Master Shifu answered.
"Let us go, Master. This is what you trained us for." Tigress spoke with confidence in her voice.
"No, you cannot defeat him. You must evacuate the Valley of Peace while we still have enough time. During the remaining time, I'll try to train Jin and hope that he could at least reach the strength where he could help escape the Valley of Peace along with the citizens and all of you. Meanwhile, I will hold him as long as I can." Master Shifu resolutely said.
"I? Master, you're not thinking of..."
"Yes, Tigress. This is all my fault, if only I had seen the darkness on his heart sooner than later then perhaps all of this could be avoided but alas, it has become my greatest regret in life." Master Shifu said with a sad tone as if an old man in his last breath.
"But now, I have decided to correct my mistakes. All of you go to bed now, you'll need the strength to evacuate the citizens tomorrow morning."
"But mas-."
"Never defy your master's order! Go to bed!" Master Shifu said before turning around to leave.
Tigress just stared at this with a complicated look in her eyes.
Meanwhile, Monkey and the rest of the Furious Five all went back to their rooms, leaving Po, Jin and Tigress in the dining room.
"Uhmm, I don't think I should be here? I should probably also go to sleep, hehe." Po nervously scratched the back of his head before silently leaving.
Jin just stared at Tigress, who was clenching her fist.
"Scared?" Jin said, startling Tigress.
"W-what? What do you mean by that? Of course not!" Tigress stuttered at first before fixing herself and spoke with confidence.
"I know. I was just asking. After all, I'm sure someone like you can defeat anyone except me." Jin arrogantly said while shrugging his shoulders.
"Oh really? You only got lucky last time. This time, I'll make sure you won't stand a chance against me." Tigress cast a smirk while speaking.
"Well, I must admit, your confidence is incredibly attractive. But I should warn you, once you wake up this beast, he would ravage you all night." Jin playfully smirked as he whispered in her ears before blowing into it after he finished his words.
[A/N: Is this how you rizz someone? So fucking hard! I don't even know if I did it right. In fact, I don't know if that's a rizz or not ]
