My knowledge helped increase our lumber yields and improved the safety of our mines and lumberyards. All aspects of the kingdom improved as these new methods were taught across Daria.

The barbarian clans to the north had always been a constant threat to Daria, but their lack of true organization and leadership had always kept them in check. This seemed to change overnight when we began to hear about villages along the northern border being raided by hordes of wild north men. I left Tornassa and traveled to one of these border villages in order to see for myself.
The village I stayed in reminded me of where I grew up, making it especially difficult when the attack came. It reminded me of the orc attack upon my own home all those years ago. The screaming bearded barbarians were ruthless in their assault.
